After several positive experiences dining in, my most recent experience makes me want to cry. I ordered to-go Saturday, didn’t get my order, had a manager pretend to give a refund, and just had to return in-person today to get an actual refund. The general manager was demeaning after it was clearly an error on their part. Something simple was handled inappropriately, and I don’t feel comfortable returning here again.

Review of Shoyu Ramen and Bento Box:(Shoyu Ramen) Neither the ramen noodles nor tiny amount of oddly dark broth had any flavor, but for some reason it did have corn and mushrooms mixed in? Additionally, its questionable chicken had no flavor. Couldn’t finish(Bento Box) The sushi had a bizarre texture, the spring roll wrapper was inedibly chewy, and the pot stickers were generic & uninspired. Couldn’t finish.To make matters worse, we placed our order to go order and then waited over 30 minutes [for the horrible food].I’m not quite sure what there is to like about Tokyo Joes. Their food was arguably the worst Asian fusion we’ve ever had.Can’t recommend anything, will not be backKid-friendliness: We got our daughter a kids Bento Box. The chicken was so questionable that we took it from her and wouldn’t let her eat it. Do not recommend at all.

The food was excellent at this location. Dining area was very clean. Maybe a little friendlier at the register, guy seemed bored. Forgot to order a sofa, and the girl who helped me was very friendly. Thank you for that. Service is quick, seems like a great place to order fast takeaway.Parking: Plenty of parking for the buildingKid-friendliness: Great kids menu, good portions!

Watched two employee taking breaks and going back to duty having not followed up with washing hands. The dirty wipe towel isn't a replacement for good handwashing.

Waited about 30 minutes for my take out order to be made, which was fine.. You get busy, I get it.. I ordered a Large bowl and they gave me a small bowl. The girl handing out orders seemed mad and was rude when i walked up to grab the bag.. After the wait and the attitude, they can keep the money I paid for the upgrade.. this experience completely ruined this specific Tokyo Joe's for me. 100%. That was a $20 lesson learned.. I should have never tipped.
Ordered Niko Salad to go. When home realized they had pre-cooked and refrigerated the chicken instead of using freshly, juicy grilled chicken.Please quit doing that Joe's!
