Had the best birthday dinner there with a friend, celebrating both our birthdays. Food was excellent, the bread was amazing, the server was delightful, and the atmosphere cozy and friendly. Cannot recommend highly enough.
The pasta was excellent the next day as leftovers as well.

Our first time here, we were somewhat cautious about going after reviewing some the previous comments. I have no idea why the negative remarks.
We were greeted promptly when entering, a very close and intimate surroundings. We had reservations for seven that turned into eight, we were accommodated quickly. Some of our party were a few minutes late, no problem. Luis was our server and provided excellent service, most of all there was not once did we feel rushed.
In our party we had two young girls, Luis took time to take them to the desert display and explained each choice to them, his selection must have been right on because the lemon cheese cake was devoured quickly.
The many selections on the menu made deciding what to get maybe a little difficult, each selection was spot on, there was no need to ask for a box to go.
Highly recommend, especially for those special celebrations or a evening out to enjoy some very good Italian food!
Dietary restrictions: Accommodated without question

The restaurant closes at 10pm. My 7 friends and I were enjoying our meal & it wasn't even 9:30 when they turned off the music, started cleaning up & making us feel comfortable. My 1 friend who is Hispanic could hear the staff talking poorly about us. She confronted them & we left. 1 staff member was smoking outside the front door & when he heard us complaining, he started talking smack to us. As a restaurant manager myself of a large chain, my staff would be fired or put on serious probation. I'll never return & will let everyone I know about this horrible dining experience.

This restaurant is intimate and perfect. The chef is extremely talented, the staff are kind and polite, and the food is by far some the best authentic Italian cuisine south of Denver. This is our favorite place to go when we are craving Italian food.

I have given $80 in tips by mistake for $50 check, they refused to provide refund .......not customer friendly .....
Update after owner reply:
It's the right restaurant , I have already contacted for correction, but my request was denied.
No response from the owner yet, basically owner is responding to all the negative reviews but they are not sincere about it.

Excellent food and comfortable atmosphere. Gabby provided top-notch service for our group of six. The gnocchi was cooked to perfection - a must-try! Highly recommend this place for authentic Italian food.
Dietary restrictions: They are very accommodating to dietary restrictions, especially gluten sensitivity.

My wife and I were looking forward to eating at this restaurant as we had heard and read some favorable comments. Service was ok. My wife had the lobster ravioli. She said there was adequate lobster but nothing special about the taste.
I had the spaghetti carbonara. I grew up in an Italian family and have traveled extensively not only in this country but also throughout Europe including Italy. This was absolutely the worst spaghetti carbonara that I have ever had. There was no pancetta or bacon, a prime ingredient. Much worse was that the spaghetti was sitting in a soupy watery mess, something I had never seen in the dozens of times I have had this dish. It was completely tasteless. Obviously, this place has no idea how to make spaghetti carbonara.
For dessert, we split a piece of pistachio cheesecake which was ok. However, when we asked for decaf coffee, we were told they never make decaf. This is not a huge deal with us but, in all my travels, this was the first restaurant I have ever visited that does not make decaf.
I like to give a restaurant a second chance before I write it off my list of eating places, just in case they were having a bad day. However, if we do return, they will have to show immense improvement.

Well, hello, Trattoria Dionisia! On our way out of Happy Ski, we decided to dine out and our dinner ended up being a huge hit. Restaurant is small, but thankfully, not terribly busy on a Wednesday night and they were able to accommodate us right away. Food was delicious and the service was prompt and yet not too hurried, so we could enjoy our meal. We will be back!!

Absolutely horrendous experience. This place is an insult to Italian cuisine. The food? Straight from Costco, microwaved, and dumped on your plate like they expect you not to notice. There’s nothing “homemade” about it.
The pasta was soggy, the sauce tasted like it came from a jar, and bruschetta bread was still frozen. The only thing they make in-house is the check.
If you want real Italian food, steer clear of this joke of a restaurant. It’s a total rip-off and an embarrassment to anyone who appreciates good food. Avoid it at all costs.

Welcome to Costco, I love you! Everything on the menu came straight from Costco, the kitchen is probably just a microwave oven. Which I guess is not all bad considering that’s the primary reason Costco exists. It’s cheap, the ambience is not bad, if you are lazy to microwave a tv dinner this is the place. Don’t have any criteria, you are paying $15/meal. Also, be prepared for heavy digestion disruptment.
EDIT: I am editing my review after owner’s reply. Not everyone dining in Parker never tasted Italian food before. I didn’t say the meat is from Costco, the whole meal is from Costco. Meatballs are frozen Costco meatballs, 6lbs for $25. If you were buying from Italian companies you would be in business of losing money. As I mentioned before, I didn’t give one star only because prices are appropriate for the quality, but I am changing my rating from three to two stars because it seems like the owners think their customers are fools.
Also, I didn’t come to complain about the meal because I have no interest in disrupting your business model. I posted a review for others to know what they are in for.
