My wife and I come here a lot and we bring our kids in and every time we are in they treat us very nicely. The customer service is always awesome and they always take care of us. Definitely a hidden gem that more people need to discover! Try it out!

Twisters burritos used to be better. Lately, they've just been mediocre. Disappointing. The place is SO convenient when you're coming home from lots of kids' activity facilities in the area. Orders seem to be taking MUCH longer, too. Much longer. When orders take that long, it ought to be spectacular. Like, TOO delicious.Come on, Twisters! We need delicious burritos!

I really want to like this place, but I'm on the fence. Typically, it's a stop when we've got a lot of errands to run, and I just want a quick mediocre cup of scalding hot coffee to help choke down a mystery meat breakfast burrito I feel bad for the folks working here as it seems every time I do go here, they're shorthanded and there is only 1 employee working. Not sure how you wouldn't go insane having to take the order, work the drive-thru window (may even be making the food), and the walk-up counter. Lucky for the employee it's in an inconvenient location and likely only receives southbound traffic, since I have never seen more than 3 cars in the parking lot and less in the drive-thru. Still, I appreciate those willing to risk their sanity for someone like me who continues to think "it wasn't that bad last time".

I grew up in Albuquerque and have been a patron of Twisters for 25 years. I have been eating at the Parker location since it opened, so I’m a huge fan. This location has been terrible since the new ownership took over. 35 min in the drive through is ridiculous, especially when there are 4 cars in the line. Then when I get to the window I’m asked what I ordered… then another 5 minutes to run my credit card. The burrito I ordered fell apart as soon as I took the wrapper off. Like someone hardly took the time to make it right. I wish I could say this was a one time experience at the Parker Twisters. You guys have lost my business for the time being Parker Twisters.
