It took 30 minutes to get my food. The whole time we were seated we could hear a waitress named Michele 2 stations over yelling the whole time. Most customers and even te other servers where quit annoyed. It seemed like she was trying to get sent home.

Let me just say Waffle House is one of my favorite places me and my family went yesterday 03/09/2024 first off the employees was yelling at each other due to the fact they were extremely busy and was messing up on peoples orders not only that we waited 30 minutes to be seated and there was seating open not only that I order t bone steak with eggs and grits and my grits had hair in it . Told the employee she told the manger and all they did was take the grits off but the grits came with the meal very unprofessional the manger did not come talk to us at all about the situation nobody there had on hair nets nor gloves Monday I will be reporting and getting a lawyer I couldn’t even eat the rest of my food me and my family left. As a restaurant as manger you guys have to do better. I’m trying to figure out how to post the picture with the hair but it’s not letting me I have pictures saved in my phone

Food: 10/100 we sat for 10 min before anyone asked if they could take our drink order. Then our server came over and said she was sorry for the delay, and that she didn’t see us sit down. She made eye contact with me 3 times after we sat down. It’s one thing to apologize for being in the weeds (which is totally understandable), but don’t lie about.

Yesterday me and my husband had an wonderful time the atmosphere and the staff was phenomenal and Michelle our sever went above and beyond making sure that me and my bf was doing okay… Her personality and energy was unmatched she served multiple tables making sure that people was doing okay and still had the time to check up on us… Thank you Waffle House Team ?✨

No one besides the 2 of in the place but we lost our waitress halfway thru our meal so we had to ask someone behind the counter for help.

Haven't been disappointed with Waffle House yet, and this place was no exception. The waiter and cook that were on shift the time I went were excellent.
This Waffle House was dirty and gave me food poison. I ate here on Thursday and have been sick for the last 2 days. The service that my waitress Diamond provided was good. This Waffle House has some things to fix. They should not be getting their customers sick.

With Waffle House it's hit or miss with the experience you are going to get. This place was clean and the food was what I would expect. What made the experience was the waiter. He was very attentive and seemed to almost read our mind when it came to extra things we needed.
