Horrible service they just ignore you there. I will not be returning ever at this location. I would look into better management. Has to be a bad work environment. Pay your people better. Then you will get better workers. That young assistant with the different shirt was a poor excuse for any type of leadership.

The AI did a great job taking my order. The human didn’t say anything to me and forgot my spoon for the frosty. The fries were also not hot or crispy

Just went through the drive thru and they gave me a taco salad with no chili and it comes with Caesar dressing?? June 6 at 6:00 pm.

Drive through is automated. I ordered 3 burgers and somehow it added 5? No verification of order on the screen and if there was it gets cleared quickly. Don't even think about making adjustments to your order as it will ruin your request. Store needs to bring actual workers back to the drive through instead of cutting jobs and raising prices to gouge the public.

I went through the drive-thru. Order time was reasonable, my burger was correct (I ask for specific ingredients), it was hot and delicious. The guy at the window was very friendly. I would go here again.

This Wendy's takes the cake for worst experience. It's dark and gloomy, the kids are all on their phones. Seems like I bothered them. Simply asked for ketchup, nope. Got a drink too, no straw. Everything thrown in the bag, where it all fell out together. I'm si sorry for bothering yall.

I got a chicken wrap meal and this is probably the most disgusting fast food I have received. My fries were cold and my chicken wrap was stale. Chicken had no flavor. Not to mention the man prepping my meal tonight at the drive thru has no gloves on. Should have called it a red flag from there. Waste of money and time.

We waited a long time before any employee noticed we wanted to order. One of the male managers ignored us the whole time. There were two new employees that were t that eventually saw us and apologized that they didn't know how to take our order. Sarahi, a very kind manager finally came and took our order and apologized for the delay.

Kid-friendliness: My kids love the chicken nuggets, frosties, frys and burgers.
