Brooke Is absolutely a super amazing human. I ordered a breakfast sandwich with no meat and rather than charging me full price it was a very affordable price. The Manager Sarahi and the employee Omar and the rest of the team really rocked it out of the park. Super clean and very communicative and streamlined. The food was cooked to perfection. Will ne back to see them again. Keep it up, and they will be swamped with customers.
I ordered the honey barbecue sauce nuggets, and when I pull up to the window, the drive-through lady was extremely rude and wasn’t like paying any attention to me and then proceeded to not tell me that they were out of honey barbecue and I saw then pouring the regular barbecue sauce packets on them instead

Only 1 star because I can't give 0. Walked in a little before 9pm, stood at the register for 5 minutes. Even shouted hello. The worker was in the back smiling at her phone. Went to bathroom, came back to the counter, 3 workers saw me and not one said a word. Always thought this was the best Wendy's around until tonight.

This Wendy's location is low key rough. They rarely give sauces, straws, napkins or full fry orders. Don't expect much when going through the drive through here, staff is rarely friendly, they don't say anything and give off the vibe that they can't wait for you to leave. Maybe instead of AI taking orders, they should have AI making sure sauces, straws etc are in the bag.
