Every time I come through the drive thru, they mess up my sandwich. Only mine, no one else's in the order. Wendy's is never my pick for food because of that. Other than messing up my sandwich, they are fast and friendly.

We were at the hospital in Parker during the entire snow storm with my mom who had to have two surgeries back back. These guys were not only open during the entire storm when many others were not, or were closing early, but they were never once rude, never rushed us, were punctual on the service, accurate, very good at up selling and just all around good people. We were there more times then then one should be lol but no matter what time of day it was the service never failed.
They don't open at 6am. That's absolutely not true. Last 3 times I have been to this Wendy's at Parker Hospital the doors are locked and no one answers when you are at the drive through. Maybe Wendy's should hire people that can tell time!

Good food and very clean store. Service was average. Forgot the napkins and gave me a knife and a spoon when i asked for napkins and two spoons. Slow service due to understaffed team. All were very busy. Just needed more people.

The soda machine sprayed my husband with syrup. Ruined his shorts. Staff couldn't care less. When told they said they would check it. Still hadn't by the time we left. Be careful with the self serve soda.
