I ordered a baconator and added pickles and red onions and swapped cheeses to Asiago which they did but no onions and pickles I got charged extra for that stuff and fries were warm not hot they weren’t even that busy

I went thru drive thru part of my order was a 10 piece spicy nuggets and when I got home they were completely hard as a rock, seemed they had been burning for hours. Tried calling to complain as I live 20 minutes away and the phone would only ring once and hang up.

Went to Wendy’s through the drive through and I got a Dave’s double meal, I got cold fries so I went inside with the fries in my hand asking if they could get me a new fry, they told me they couldn’t make me new fry despite me having the fry in my hand.

Went through the drive thru and ordered a Jr bacon cheeseburger with lettuce only. Ordered this way at every other restaurant for years. This place seems to think I just wanted a bun and lettuce. Absolutely ridiculous to order a cheeseburger and get no burger patty. Do better please!

I gave them the benefit of the doubt the first time but twice now I have ordered food that has been clearly sitting there luke warm and turned into a meal. It is not made fresh. I understand why everything costs a bit more these days when you go out to eat but the meals I have had at this Wendys location are not worth the money.
Wendy’s is my favorite fast food. Every time I’ve gotten my food here, it’s been burning hot (Good thing), and the service is usually pretty good. They are very quick getting food out.

Every time I come through the drive thru, they mess up my sandwich. Only mine, no one else's in the order. Wendy's is never my pick for food because of that. Other than messing up my sandwich, they are fast and friendly.
