Service was good and although the restaurant was small, you can eat in comfortably. Now for the food… everyone will have their own taste preferences but I would tag the taste as fusion at best lacking the traditional flavors expected in the dishes. Portions were on the smaller side and the vegetables were not provided unless asked for. The “large” pho we ordered had a ton of broth and barely any noodles or beef. The rare beef was on the thicker side making it tough to chew and we had to ask for scissors to cut it down for my kids. The broth was oddly sweet without any additions which I’ve only found in Chinese restaurants offering their version of pho. Again, people will have their own preferences but if you want something more traditional, this isn’t it. There’s a 18% gratuity added automatically which isn’t great either.

What the Pho is one of my favorite restaurants. Their soup is so yummy. I tried different place’s soup but none of them beat What the pho’s soup. Also, their crab cheese wonton is the best! I definitely recommend this place.

Every time I come in for a good meal (even on a busy Friday night) the service and food are amazing.
I’m not opposed to being patient if needed or being understanding when there is a rush. The staff works incredibly hard and the delicious food shows it EVERY time!

What the pho is right… after receiving my large bowl of pho I thought to myself, what the pho? Where is the pho? They barely give you any rice noodles and meat and the broth only filled the bowl halfway. Just save your money for a different pho restaurant!

I wish I could give a 0. I had dinner tonight with my family and we all ordered. My family was served and I was waiting for my food. We got the check but I never got my food and we were still charged for the food that I ordered. We told the waitress can you take this off because you never brought it out. She just said ok, she never apologized and just brought the new check. She never told the manager so she wouldn't get in trouble. I can see why this restaurant is called what it's called. Hands down the worst customer service I have experienced in my whole life. The crappy thing is that it was the best pho my family has ever ate. But it was at the cost of me just awkwardly watching them eat their food.

Vegan pho healthy and delicious comfort food year round.
What a great place with fantastic food! Our waitress was also working the front and greeted us and brought our water within seconds of us sitting down. The entire pho bowl was flavorful and satisfying, the lady that helped us was cheerful and sweet, and the restaurant itself was clean, comfortable, and pleasant - with forks, chopsticks, soup spoons, and napkins stocked at every table. And for as much water I downed, our waitress kept topping me up. What a great experience :) (8/29/24 around 7pm)

Has gone down hill! Use to order weekly. No more called to speak to a manager and there isn’t one seems to explain a lot. Second time on to go orders with no basil, no peppers, no been sprouts. And big tuff from the staff. Well if your out of Buisness soon
