Food was amazing 10/10 had to stop in last minute and the staff and food was amazing ! Got attended quickly and food was incredible. Would recommend to anyone who loves authentic Vietnamese food!
Service was good and although the restaurant was small, you can eat in comfortably. Now for the food… everyone will have their own taste preferences but I would tag the taste as fusion at best lacking the traditional flavors expected in the dishes. Portions were on the smaller side and the vegetables were not provided unless asked for. The “large” pho we ordered had a ton of broth and barely any noodles or beef. The rare beef was on the thicker side making it tough to chew...
What the Pho is one of my favorite restaurants. Their soup is so yummy. I tried different place’s soup but none of them beat What the pho’s soup. Also, their crab cheese wonton is the best! I definitely recommend this place.
