Super cool that they have a window into the kitchen where I could watch the cooks text and move at the speed of molasses while I waited 20+ minutes for my food. Super cool.

This place is staffed so incredibly well. Such wonderful people who you can tell enjoy their jobs and do truly try to do their best. The language barrier can be a little thick at times but you can tell EVERYONE is trying their best. I've gotten to know a few of the employees. Wonderful people. It greatly offends me when I see ignorant people/clientele treat them poorly. I've had words with a couple. Come on Monday and Tues! The boneless deals make the horrible inflation of this term a lot less painful when you are trying to feed a lot of small children. Much love wingstop!Kid-friendliness: The deals on boneless wings make feeding lots of small children affordable and easy. There is a few highchairs and room to move. It definitely works here

We absolutely love Wing Stop! The most complicated part when ordering food at this location is the language barrier. Our order is sometimes wrong due to this. Otherwise, very nice and clean restaurant.

Do not even think about ordering from Wing Stop for delivery. They use unreliable third-party services, and neither Wing Stop nor the delivery service take responsibility for their mistakes. Trust me, it was a horrendous experience and I strongly advise against it.

Let me start by saying, I usually live by the rule that if you have nothing nice to say, don't say anything at all. I rarely leave reviews, but if I do, I like them to be positive reviews to further encourage good services and experiences.However, I am beside myself, my girlfriend and I stopped by late at around 9:45pm after a very long and tiring day at our own workplace. I believe you should treat people as you want to be treated, even when customers are difficult.Upon arrival we were met by a very rude staffer I believe by the name of Lorena (presumably tired from their own long work day) who proceeded to ignore us for several minutes till we were allowed to order. I tried to be as understanding and pleasant as I could since I sympathize, but this was not returned, our order was mumbled back to us and we agreed to wait for the 20 minutes or so for it to be ready.Roughly 30 minutes later, we go to ask (no wave or acknowledgement that our food had been ready, but I digress) we're given our food and I request a last minute adjustment of some ranch dressing as none was included with our order?? perhaps this is normal, but that's not been my experience in the past with this very same location.All the same, I thank them for their help and head on my way back to our home, upon arrival, we open the bag to find out that the order repeated back to us is almost completely incorrect, 2/3rds of it in fact is off the wall.My girlfriend insists on heading back to see if we can remedy this, only to be told that WE were the ones who were incorrect and proceeds to argue with my girlfriend for several minutes, I'm still at home at this point and am summoned to come back to the store as they're closing in the next few minutes and need to be present for a refund. When I come back into the store as they're finishing up their routine, I'm not greeted, no apology for the inconvenience, just insult to injury with the whole terrible experience. A very bad end to a long day, I'm sure for both us and the staffers working at this location.I'm extremely disappointed by this outcome and it's soured my taste for ever coming back here again, let alone encouraging others for events or otherwise, shameful handling and customer service. I hope whatever was bothering them at this location will be remedied, but their personal problems cannot interfere with their work ethic, shame.

I called in a order asked how long of a wait it would be to order there 16 piece deal he stated 20min I said ok and placed my order got to the store order wasn’t even close to being ready and over the phone when I tried to place the order he put me on hold and that was fine but then when he came back to the phone he kept telling me to hold on and then asked what I was ordering because he kept forgetting and then when he asked me to hold yet again he then went to repeat what I asked for and it was wrong he then apologized for putting me on hold but then kept doing it and talking to other people! I found that extremelyRude. This store needs to work on customer service really bad. I get people get busy but omg

Usually have no trouble with this place, but I placed a mobile order last night, checked in with the cashier and he told me to wait 5 minutes for my food... no problem at all. I ended up waiting 30 minutes to find out my food was ready the whole time. I'd understand if it was busy but it was 10:30-11 at night. Honestly really disappointed.

Usually pretty good food and fresh in 20-25min. Like most places the sauce amount varies depending on the cooks but still really good. Would've rated higher but I ordered on the phone and was told would be ready in 20 min got there in 20 and had to wait another 20 after telling them I was there for my order and no one else was in the restaurant when I arrived. Those constitute 4 stars but the main reason for the 2 stars is because on the same day I walked in at about 17:00 on 9/20/23 and saw the cashier wiping the inside and the bottom of the vending machine with a filthy rag, no problem. They then proceeded to set the rag on the floor multiple times between wiping off the back and bottom of all the cartridges (where they eject syrup) where they mate with the machine with the SAME rag. These coke machines are usually some of the cleanest machines a restaurant can buy most of these machines are self priming/ice making/ and internally cleaning. Meaning no fecal ecoli and no moldy syrup tubing. But I guess no amount of machine design can constitute for 0 concern for customer well being.Will not be buying anymore drinks from this location.

I order here EVERY FRIDAY evening. $56 bill each and every time. 80% of the time, the wings are all awesome. Maybe less sauce than I'd like and I always order on the app and about half of the time, it is ready when I said I'd be in, which shouldn't be an issue hours ahead. The issue I have, as do others here, is the manager. They are generally good at getting the order right, but I was shorted ( a lot) on celery. I went back in and said I do not think I got enough celery. She did not believe me and dug through receipts. She found it and I had 1 large and 2 small. 40 pieces. NO way did I get that. She took them out one by one counting them. She got to the end, obviously short and grabbed a big bag and hid herself pulling more celery from the bin. I could still see. She was rude and told me it was right. I knew she added so I was good. I got the right amount now, but it really upset me that she was so crappy to me..over CELERY. She also knows I come in every friday. Over $200 a month. I'd say check my online account, but she is the manager and doesn't care. I will not be back for a while, going to try wings elsewhere. She literally lost customers over her attitude.
