Excellent sushi... didn't like how the waiter hovered over us. Wanted to take our order 30 seconds after we sat down. Otherwise, food was good and prepared quickly.

Today is my Birthday ! So I was going to come to one of my favorite places and have some delicious sashimi and sushi , let's start off with this.. We have been sitting here for an hour and a half we have just barely received our drinks and that seems like such a chore to get. The young man that was getting our drinks definitely did not want to be there and you could tell by every action and every movement he made it would so obvious he was miserable working. We were trying to get his attention to order and when doing so he smirked at us in such a horrible way. It's so disappointing that this place has turned into the way it has. Granted It is a Friday night, and they only have one server I don't understand why this is, like that there are so many people in this restaurant behind the counter I literally can count seven people. How come we weren't greeted and or told we'll be right with you guys in a few minutes. Or I'm sorry we're super busy,, no we just are waiting and waiting and waiting for our drinks we didn't even order yet ,and then finally ,,,,we asked how long would it take for the food and we were quoted about 20 minutes. It has been way longer than that now this is no way to run a business. I am so sad and what an unfortunate day for it to happen on my birthday I was just trying to have a very pleasant evening tonight with my family and have some delicious sushi can't even believe how long it took just to get the drinks. They knew we were still waiting for our first round of food like an appetizer or our soup or salad. Quite a few minutes after that we reminded one of the staff that was there that we had not received anything and then the ball started rolling quite quickly them noticing we were quite upset also at this time we have been there for almost 2 hours. We had asked the young man a very important question about one of the things that we had ordered if one of the dishes was real crab or imitation crab we were informed that it was real crab and it was not and unfortunately my sister had a very bad allergic reaction to the fake crab. She is super super allergic to it thus that's why we asked numerous times to make sure it was supposed to be real and it was not. I just cannot believe this happened and it could have been avoided with a simple no it is not real. Absolutely utterly ridiculous by the thank goodness of Murphy's law my sister had taken Benadryl beforehand due to being allergic to kitties and she was petting a cat just a little while before we went to the restaurant. If my sister had not taken that Benadryl she probably would have had a very bad episode and what it ended up in the hospital or might of even died. The negligence of the employee that caused this issue is horrific. I have went to this place numerous times and I have enjoyed their food but unfortunately I don't think I'm going to be coming back here anymore it is so sad the attitude has gone downhill and the communication is just not there I'm only giving this place three stars due to what has happened.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Yutaka Japanese Bistro, and I must say, it was an absolute delight from start to finish. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism, courtesy of the exceptional service provided by Junjie Wang. Junjie truly went above and beyond to ensure that my dining experience was nothing short of perfect. His attentiveness and friendly demeanor immediately put me at ease, and throughout the meal, he anticipated my every need, from refilling my water glass to recommending the perfect dish to suit my taste preferences. Speaking of the dishes, let me tell you, the food at Yutaka Japanese Bistro is nothing short of spectacular. Each dish was a masterpiece of flavor and presentation, showcasing the skill and expertise of the talented chefs. From the fresh sashimi to the perfectly cooked tempura, every bite was a symphony of taste sensations that left me craving more. But what truly sets Yutaka Japanese Bistro apart is the impeccable service provided by Junjie Wang. His dedication to ensuring the satisfaction of every customer is truly commendable, and I do not doubt that he deserves recognition far beyond the realm of the restaurant industry. The worst experience in a very long time. We decided to celebrate Valentine’s Day with my family and it all went wrong. First we weren’t greed for almost 20 min just standing waiting at the door then one of the waitress came and told us 5 min. Finally we sat and order right away since it look like a lot of people were waiting for their food. We all order our dinner and the nightmare began. Waited for 1:30 hours for food and got yelled a couple of times because I asked if we were close to get our food. The food didn’t even taste good when we got it. They were not organized and had only 1 waitress that looked like the owner 2 of her kids I think they were working and 1 runner.I will never eat here again.

The food was great. 3rd time back. The portions were a generous and the fish was very fresh. The staff remembered us and were very kind. The restaurant was very clean. The background music was very soothing for my 4 month old grand baby. It has become a favorite spot for us.

I've given them multiple chances and today was the last straw. I've eaten a lot of sushi in my life by it this is by far the worst. First, their menu has no descriptions, the amount of times I've been surprised with rolls that have odd ingredients or wrapped in soy paper is frustrating. Today one of my rolls contained ice berg lettuce, bleh! No where on the menu does it state that as an ingredient. Another which was labeled raw came with fully cooked fish inside.The rice is always under seasoned and is always falling a part. This place is probably fine if you don't eat sushi that often but there are MUCH better places around Parker for your sushi fill.

The place was clean and pleasant and the staff were friendly and the sushi may be fine, but the hot food we had was very disappointing. The Chicken Teriyaki sauce was tasteless, the chicken chewy and the vegtables (broccoli) mushy. The Shrimp Tempura batter was tasteless and soggy.
