They need to train their barista better. The coffee is terrible. They don't understand how to make an oatmilk peppermint latte. I order the same thing at the ziggis in Elizabeth and they nail it with the right amount of flavor. They need to get better at understanding orders too. The lady screwed up my dad's order by not adding sugar to his iced coffee, then tried taking that off the order when my mom ordered an latte. It was a real struggle. I will be bypassing this ziggis from this point on.

First time. Ordered a cold brew flavored coffee and my daughter ordered a dirty soda drink. Not a good experience at all. Coffee literally tasted like coffee flavored water. I ended up just putting it in the trash. The bigger issue is that my daughter's plastic cup cracked open the entire length of the cup when she inserted the straw and gently pushed down on the lid. The entire drink poured out into her lap and drench the passenger seat in the car. Huge sticky mess to clean up and drink poured through the seat onto the floorboard. Apparently it seems they use cheap quality cups. This was a one and done for us.

Drinks are just mid. I’ve tried it twice now , one a coffee and one a chai and they both tasted watered down. Staff is exceptionally friendly though so this review doesn’t reflect them .

Update 8/26: added another star. Their pumpkin pie latte is delish 5/5. The bacon burrito was ok 3/5. Cookie was ok 3/5 . Again the staff was very friendly and made the experience better .

I was genuinely excited to try the coffee at this new location, heard good things and had high hopes. Unfortunately, my experience left me more anxious than energized, literally. I ordered a decaf oat milk latte. What I got instead was a fully caffeinated drink. When I questioned it, the staff acknowledged the mistake and apologized. After a bit of a wait, I received what was hopefully decaf, but by that point, I wasn’t feeling too confident. The drink didn’t resemble a latte , more like a vaguely milky coffee. and now, several hours later, I’m at home feeling the unpleasant effects of what I think might have been regular milk, not oat as requested.

Mistakes happen, but when it comes to dietary needs , whether caffeine sensitivity or dairy intolerance , accuracy really matters. I appreciate the apology, but overall, this experience made me hesitant to return.

It’s hard to find a coffee shop that has both great food and drinks. The food is absolutely AMAZING! Their drinks are EXCELLENT! I love that I can customize their energy drinks. But hands down the staff is what brings me back. They are absolutely wonderful. If you have a coffee budget please take that budget to this ziggis location.

I do know why have improved myself at company that should give people chance before misspoken on someone experience. My resume speak for it self. Don't be raciest. The coffee drink receive was rush waste of money. Improvement take your time on orders and don't judge with peace .
