Came across this on the way to Bishops Castle, and their iced chai latte was super good! My husband got the local cider and said it was really good as well. The people are kind and nice. Cute spot to stop at! Saw a flyer they do events sometimes too.

Best roadside stop ever. Stopped on a Sunday and had live music. Drinks were very good. Quiche was spot on and the rest was your typical bar food, nothing was bad. The outdoor seating was so relaxing after being on the road. Perfect.

This was the highlight of New Year's Day for my husband and me. In this review, I'm not going to talk about the great food and the great atmosphere. I'm going to compliment the fellow in my picture, the cashier. The person ahead of me started their order with a snarky remark. The cashier didn't bat an eye. He said something friendly and conciliatory. In a moment, the person settled down and became kinder and friendlier. Now there's good customer service.

The breakfast burritos were delicious! We also tried the koyote coffee and it was super tasty. The service was fast and stagg were friendly. It's definitely worth stopping in.

I'm a die-hard Starbucks fan and usually find coffee in small coffee shops not very flavorful. This place is a most welcome exception! I had a dark roast brewed coffee, which was full bodied and smooth. My husband had a decaf Americano - very tasty, and not bitter. The almond pastry was delicious - flaky on the outside and tender on the inside. The staff was friendly, and our order was served up fast. The main dining area was a little boisterous, but the extended area was quiet and warm. We explored the grounds - winding paths through garden areas and horse shoe pits. I bet it will be fantastic during the warm summer evenings. I can hardly wait to visit again, and bring our friends.

They have great coffee, that is usually cheaper than Starbucks. They had advertised bread pudding on the sign. I took some home to try and was amazed at how delicious it was. An unusual offering that I did not expect to be so good. Service is always great and the atmosphere is one of a kind.

An excellent place for coffee and a morning snack. The breakfast burrito smothered in green chili was good, as was the almond scone.
A chill atmosphere to hang out with friends.
A little out of the way, about 45 minutes from Colorado Springs, but worth the trip.
Highly recommended!

The Rubin is always good. The staff always seem unhappy and sad. I used to eat here more often than I do now but the vibe from the staff is off putting to me. They have pretty good coffee though.
