My god this place was slow. Not small town slow, but molasses in winter slow. Two sandwiches, no drinks, took over 30 minutes and we were one of 3 pairs of people in the entire place. Short staffed or forget our order? Never again.

Absolutely the best coffee shop. The breakfast burritos are the best I have had. Period. We often comment on other shops breakfast burritos, comparing them to Coyotes, and NONE have matched: ) Coyote also makes the best lattes. White mocha? Delicious. Pumpkin spice? Amazing. Eggnog latte? Out of this world. We make special trips just to come here. Best gem we have found.

Stop in this morning and got two french vanilla Frozen lattes. The feel inside was awesome they're decorations are captivating, and their service was amazing. I will definitely be returning and I will definitely be recommending this stop for my friends.

The food was fantastic, the outdoor seating area is beautiful and the staff are pleasant. I had the California croissant and coleslaw, I would give it a 10/10. I would visit again the next time I’m in CO.
