The lady helping us was yelling at her trainee, as well as asking confusing questions about what we wanted on our sandwiches. She was very unhelpful and chaotic. Also, she specifically yelled at her trainee to let a homeless man take their “scrap” bucket. The trainee looked confused and awkward doing that in front of customers. As she should be.

They were in the back doing dishes. Asked if they were still open, was mocked by one of the people mimicking my voice. And otherwise ignored. When I asked the gas station attendant, she said they were supposed to be open for almost another hour.
This is a first to be treated like this. Guess I don’t need to spend my hard earned money where I’m not appreciated.
Was going to get dinner for me and my family.

Probably the worst customer service I’ve had at a Subway. Once the employee was done gossiping with the gas station employee, she lazily threw my sandwich together with zero customer service skills. Throwing trays and third pans around, used the same gloves to make my sandwich, take items to the sink, and ring me up. Pathetic.

You can tell they literally cannot get anyone else to want to work there that's how bad this chick was. We were standing there a good 10-15 didn't even get a chance to order but she was on her phone the entire time never made eye contact never bothered to say anything about it being a sec she just continued on chit chatting with bestie. Honestly it's probably for the better anyway the loafs she was taking 12 years to put away were burnt to shit. Sorry but at that rate subway maybe it's time to close that store.

Im only writing this review because this is the third or fourth time my sandwich has been wrong in some manner. This particular time, they used the wrong bread, and the wrong cheese. The bread was absolutely rock hard. I mean, i gave it to my dogs because it was almost impossible to chew. There were hardly ANY veggies on it. I understand online orders aren't as important as in person orders, but it's disappointing to spend $10 for a sandwich, and it being that bad.
