I ordered a double cheeseburger with just cheese no condiments. Instead, I was given a double with no cheese and extra condiments. As soon as I unwrapped my burger a puddle of grease came pouring out. Between the grease and the extra ketchup my buns were mush and everything smelled sour. Couldn’t even eat the burger, very disappointed.

Myself, I would only give one star, but I guess my husband was ok with his food, he loves fried food. He had the crispy chicken with Mcandcheese, and a biscuit. The Mcandcheese was kind of try. I had Chilli cheese fries. I ate, because I was hungry, but the chilli tasted like it was too long on the burner, very sharp tasting and somewhat burnt. We were the only folks in the restaurant and there were 4 employees, standing around or on their phones. Only 3 table were clean, all the others had food leftover or were sticky and shiny from grease. Very dirty all together. I will only come from now on for take-out and only buy for my husband, he still loves the food.

I always order crispy chicken sandwich with cheese, ketchup, and pickles. Most restaurants I'll get the crispy chicken patty, a slice of cheese, two to four pickles, and a drizzle of ketchup. This location gave me a splat or ketchup, a sprinkle of shredded cheese, no pickles, and a cold, hard chicken patty. At least my dog enjoyed it

The food was fine, I had chicken tenders. The included biscuit was dry, cold and tasted like flour. We ate in the restaurant, it was freezing cold inside, it felt like the ac was on, it's a cold, snowy day.

Staff were very friendly, food came out fast & to order & they were even able to substitute a root beer float for my drink that came with my meal. Very happy with the service, staff & food. Highly recommend.

The young man working the drive through window was extremely professional. Perfect wording, very polite. Even said he was cooking my order fresh, which makes up for any wait time! Food was top notch. staff are doing awesome! Thanks a lot
Surprised by how much I spent by buying separate items off the menu instead of a meal. $25 total for 1 item, 2 sides, a burger, and 3 drinks is crazy. This is a fast food place, not a sit down restaurant. Also not happy that they were out of chicken tenders. This is a chicken place.

I like A&W and KFC. This location can be a hit or miss. Hubby has come here a few times and he has had more bad experiences than good. For me...I could say it was never really bad or anything great. I noticed a few times not enough staff, the restaurant could be cleaner, or items ran out. Employees have never been rude to me. If I want to make sure I get 100% what I ordered and it will be fresh, than I will go to the KFC in Walmart on Woodmen. It may be an extra drive, but it gives me a peace of mind on how our food will be.

Do not go here! Absolutely the worst fast food I have ever had. I went through the drive thru, ordered the most basic number one combo. The girl tells me to go around front and they will bring it to me. There was no line in front of behind me. I go around front and there's a couple other cars waiting a well. Ten minutes later she brings my food. Like warm fries and the worst burger I have ever had. It was cold. Not even a little warm. Almost like it of the fridge cold. I can eat just about anything and I could not get through this burger. When I left there were at least six cars in the parking lot waiting. Nobody was getting their food in the drive thru. Terrible. It's also a KFC. My first order was the chicken sandwich they had advertised all over the property. They said they were out so I ordered that nasty burger. My stomach was literally turning by the time I got home.
