After an unpleasant experience at a different restaurant (see review) my youngest son & I decided to eat here as we had been wanting to for awhile. Clean & Calm. The food was delicious. The Tuna Sashimi was fresh and wonderful. Great rolls. The Calamari Tempura was the best we've had in a long while. Obvious that people cared here. We'll be back.

One of the best Sushi places in town. Consistently good, fresh and large pieces. So delicious, a must try! Try the Cajun white tuna nigiri.

Nice little local spot for sushi, I prefer Ban her any place off the Powers corridor, bonus that its just down the street. Always fresh. The ninety-nine roll is my favorite and the starlight is another fave.

Stopped in for lunch, on a random Thursday. The restaurant was clean and the atmosphere was light with good lighting. I was offered any seat I liked and chose a nice window side table. Having lived in Japan I was excited to see Yakisoba on the menu. As a pairing I ordered Gyoza to go with it. I was a little put off as neither dish was quite what I expected. The Gyoza were fried on all sides rather than pan fried and steamed. The Yakisoba was also very wet rather than the thicker stir fried variety I am accustomed to. Neither dish was unpleasant but a bit too distant from my expectation to be wholly satisfying. Perhaps that’s on me as it’s not Ban Yakisoba, but Ban Sushi. 🫤

So, it's not worth the money. The sushi is edible but not tasty. Tempora, anything is very thinly sliced and mostly tempora batter. Salad is just lettuce with sauce, nothing else. Miso soup was watery and not much flavor. The portion sizes are less than other sushi and Japanese resteraunt for more price. The staff was also very busy talking with each other instead of assisting. 2/10, there's better options around

It may come as a surprise, but the best sushi I've found in Colorado springs is not even in Colorado Springs. It's right here in Falcon. The owners are there every day and so personable. The make the lack of decor come to life. Ive made this a weekly stop. Couldnt survive without my Ban Sushi!
