Their food is always delicious. We've had take out and dine in multiple times with no issues. Make sure to order ahead if you want to do take out, because it takes a while for them to prepare orders.

Ban Sushi is top quality in sushi quality/flavor, creativity and service. Don’t let the fact that it is located in Falcon CO deceive you. This restaurant is top notch and I am proud to have been a customer for many years. I have known the owner for 25 years since he owned AI sushi and I am glad he decided to open Ban Sushi close to where I live.

The food was fresh, tasty and well-prepared. The menu included a lot of variety. The service was very prompt and polite. I would have given Ban Sushi an overall 5 star rating except for the decor which was very plain.
