I went thru the drive thru yesterday. Received the hamburger quickly, it was soggy and dripping with condiments. I was really hungry but I could only eat part of it and threw it away. It was not a fresh hamburger and I had diarrhea all day yesterday and my stomach is still upset today. Tried to call the office several times and kept getting the fax machine. Won't be back.

Worst place . Waited forever for My food an didn't even get it correct. There was Noone up front to communicate to the customer of what's going on with the food , or even a wait . If I could give this any lower of a star I would . Managers get your crew in check . I won't come here again .

Had a problem with a sandwich but they easily fixed it and made it right. It did take a minute to get my sandwich but could tell 1 guy was making all the sandwiches but very friendly thanks for making it right

This is a good carls jr. Food always tastes freshly made. Never gotten stale buns or old veggies. I'm not really a fan of other carls jr, but I eat here occasionally and enjoy it.
The drive-thru took forever to get through even though there were only 1 or 2 cars in front of us. They told us to pull forward to wait for our food where the line accumulated 4 more cars waiting behind us. We waited more than 15 min after ordering our food and paying for it before someone finally came out and handed it to us. I feel like they are short staffed and need to hire additional support as the dinner rush begins. The food was... decent. Personally not enough sauce for a Carl's Jr. burger. I got their special burger with teriyaki sauce and pineapple, but the pineapple was hard and veiny.

This was my first time trying Carl’s Jr., and I must say it was the worst food I have ever eaten. The chicken was so greasy and overcooked. It was absolutely disgusting. I felt like the boy who served us was kind of rude when I was just asking if they had certain things, I will never go to another Carl’s Jr. again if you want good food go to Arby’s McDonald’s Taco Bell anywhere but Carl’s juniors the food is disgusting. It’s the worst chicken sandwich I have ever ate out of millions. I highly recommend you go somewhere else to eat is all I could taste in the chicken sandwich is grease and oil absolutely disgusting. I am a chef so believe me I know quality of food and this place needs a lot of work and better customer service skills. I’m also feeling very nauseous from eating that chicken. I am so disappointed.
