I went through the drive through today 8/11 around 7:50 pm and they where short staffed. But these two guys where holding it down doing everything, exceptional service. Thank you Caleb and Troy!!! You guys are awesome and deserve a raise for sure!!!

The food is generally tasty and the orders are usually correct, but service at the drive-thru is unpredictable. Sometimes I barely show down, but every once in a while the wheels come off and things get bad. I've waited up to twenty minutes in line, and sometimes more than five minutes at the speaker before even placing my order.
Another thing to watch out for is that they don't seem to have chicken tenders made ahead and ready. They're by far the best tenders in town, but know that they'll be hot and fresh because they were fried as soon as they got the order. In fact, you'll probably be asked to pull around front when you get there because they won't be ready yet.

I placed a delivery order for 2-single queso crunch burgers and one order of onion rings. The crunch burger barely had any queso on it and had no crunch because the tortilla strips were left off and the pepper Jack cheese was also left off. The onion rings were old and dry and void of any flavor. I will not be riding from Carl’s Jr.’s again!

My western meal and waffle fries were absolutely fantastic, greeted nicely by the Miss in drive and didnt take too long at all. Great job you guys :)

Food wasn't bad other than i said no tomatoes and definitely got them. But the lady working the drive through literally huffing because she has to do her job is a little ridiculous. Would definitely go to a different location but definitely not this one

Went by this morning and was a couple minutes late for breakfast but Jacob and the cook lady, he told me her name but i dont wanna mess it up, went above and beyond with great customer service and allowed me to order what i wanted anyways!! Thanks guys, you made my day!

While I was waiting for my food, I could see the person preparing my hamburger. During the wait he turned to the trash can and wiped his glove on some trash. I asked if he was going to change his gloves before touching my food. He said yes and changed his gloves, after he turned back to the table with the new gloves on and wiped his fingers under the prep table. He did this multiple time so I refused the food and talked to a manager, who refunded my money. I probably will not go to this establishment again and you should stay away.
