Went by this morning and was a couple minutes late for breakfast but Jacob and the cook lady, he told me her name but i dont wanna mess it up, went above and beyond with great customer service and allowed me to order what i wanted anyways!! Thanks guys, you made my day!
My first time at a Carl's Jr. It's did not disappoint.
While I was waiting for my food, I could see the person preparing my hamburger. During the wait he turned to the trash can and wiped his glove on some trash. I asked if he was going to change his gloves before touching my food. He said yes and changed his gloves, after he turned back to the table with the new gloves on and wiped his fingers under the prep table. He did this multiple time so I refused the food and talked to a manager, who refunded my money. I probably will not go to this establishment again and you should stay away.

I love the biscuits in the morning. They are most of the time great. And when they are 2 for $5 even better. Their burgers are good, too.

I spent over 40 dollars for 2 meals there and they couldn't even get it close to what I ordered.. I ordered a guacamole bacon Angus cheeseburger but there was no guacamole or bacon or anything... I ordered Criss cuts and got fries. I ordered a super star with cheese and got a quadruple star without cheese and fries when I ordered criss cuts and ordered 2 orders of Onion rings and got poppers. Completely horrible!!!! I will never go back to that hell hole and they think they need to be paid more money . LMFAO 😂 it must take a rocket science degree to work at Carl's Jr. 😡😡😡😡😡

Disappointed with Yesterday's Experience
I usually refrain from leaving negative reviews because I believe in focusing on the positive. However, I feel compelled to share my experience at Carl's Jr. yesterday morning in the hopes it leads to improvement.
Typically, when my family and I visit, the staff are incredibly kind, and the food is fresh and enjoyable. Unfortunately, yesterday was a completely different story. My son and I went in for breakfast, ordering two breakfast burgers. We requested no cheese, no ketchup, and barbecue sauce instead—something we've never had an issue with in the past.
The moment I placed my order, the drive-thru attendant's attitude was dismissive and unwelcoming, as if my request was an inconvenience. This interaction made me wonder if the sandwiches were pre-made, which is fine if adjustments are handled properly. However, when we received our food, it was clear our request had been ignored. The sandwiches had cheese and ketchup, with barbecue sauce hastily added on top. The result was unappetizing and disappointing.
Reluctantly, I called the restaurant to address the issue. I spoke with someone who said she had made the sandwiches. While she apologized for the cheese, she seemed frustrated when I mentioned the ketchup. She denied it had been included and dismissed my concerns in a tone that felt defensive and unprofessional.
As someone with years of experience in customer service, I understand the challenges, but also the importance of treating customers with respect and kindness. Yesterday, I felt dismissed and unheard. It’s unfortunate to say we won’t be returning, especially since there aren’t many dining options in Falcon.
When people spend their hard-earned money, they deserve good service and the food they order. A little bit of decency and attention to detail can go a long way in creating a positive experience. I hope this feedback helps to ensure that future customers have a better experience than we did.
I really appreciate this Carla Jr location. The staff is courteous and helpful. The food is always on point. I had an issue with the app and the gentleman inside help me get it all squared away and I was able to use my rewards. One time they did forget to put the onion rings that I ordered in my bag, but I came back the next day and the same gentleman help me out and hook me up with my onion rings with no hassle at all. For me, I understand that people make mistakes and things happen, but it’s about how you resolve the issue and they are always awesome about that. This Carl’s Jr. location has become one of my favorite restaurants in Falcon and it’s because of the staff.

Friendly too
Friendly staff. Service was a little on the slow side to get our order when the restaurant was pretty empty. Clean interior although the men's restroom had an unpleasant odor.

I went thru the drive thru yesterday. Received the hamburger quickly, it was soggy and dripping with condiments. I was really hungry but I could only eat part of it and threw it away. It was not a fresh hamburger and I had diarrhea all day yesterday and my stomach is still upset today. Tried to call the office several times and kept getting the fax machine. Won't be back.
