I forgot to take pictures because it was so windy that day and it made it impossible to take photos. This place is very quaint and out of the way. I actually came across it by accident but loved it. The only thing that I would say about this place is that it makes it hard to go to if the weather is not good. It’s easy to pick up and go but to sit down and enjoy it is all outside. The drink I got was a peach, strawberry, and banana smoothie homemade and was delicious and if you are not looking for something overly sweet then it’s the way to go. I would like to mention that they do have a variety of coffee, tea and you can get hot chocolate. To go with that they offer a few different items for breakfast or lunch I think they were sandwiches. Overall not a bad choice especially if you’re traveling on hwy 24 in Peyton, Colorado. There’s not much out there so it’s a good stopping point.
Parking: The parking is shared with a small mom and pop store so there are only a few spots to pull into and I would take the exit to get into the area slowly.

The Coffee Shack is awesome! Their burritos are legit - plenty filling and wonderful flavors. The crew working here are always nice, fun, and full of smiles. Of course the coffee is great too. Worth the stop if driving through or passing by regularly. Cute outdoor seating area and there’s even a general store adjacent to the “shack”.

We love it here. If you are in a rush, go somewhere else. Not because service is slow, but because you need to slow down and enjoy the wait. The service is friendly and they work hard, usually young people from the area. The pulled pork is amazing. Iced coffee and lemonades are great. The entire family has a favorite meal to order.

If you’re looking for fast food speed go to McDonald’s. If you’re willing to sit back on the comfortable porch and wait for an excellent meal, this is the place for you.

Great coffee shack! Always delicious food. Staff very friendly. This is convenient for locals as we have nothing else near here. Grateful for the options here. Sometimes takes a while to complete the order, usually worth it. Wishing the lavender was not always sold out for the Chai.
My husband's coworker suggested that we try a breakfast burrito from this little joint so we did! We shared the vegetarian burrito. What was even more awesome was the gentleman offering to cut it in half for us! Yes please and thank you! What a simple delicious burrito! I think I'll get some hot sauce next time but there WILL be a next time!

Thought we would try some coffee here So we stop get coffee. Hot coffee ! Then we get down the road 5 miles and bottom of the cup falls out !! Like I said hot coffee ! Driving down the road ! The cup bottom completely fell out of the cup We went back a few days later to tell them and ask if this had happened before The answer is yes it has But so you think they would even give our money back or the owner would ask if we are ok ??? NO !!!BEWARE!
