I’ve consistently had a great experience with this Domino’s location! They always get my order right, and the delivery staff are incredibly polite and friendly. The food arrives hot, fresh, and exactly as I ordered. It’s clear they care about quality and customer satisfaction. Highly recommend!

I want to take a moment to recognize Preston at Domino's for his outstanding customer service. Despite how incredibly busy the store was, Preston went above and beyond to ensure every customer was taken care of. He took the time out of his busy shift to check on a family who needed plates, making sure they were comfortable and had everything they needed. Not only that, but he also made sure I was taken care of with a smile and a great attitude, even amidst the rush. Watching how fast the entire team was working, it was clear they were under pressure, but Preston’s professionalism and kindness truly stood out. Domino’s is lucky to have such a dedicated and thoughtful employee!

The pizza was horrible. Don't know why very little sauce. Just mainly cheese and my extra mushrooms. I was so disappointed. Next time will get my pizza in the springs. They do not do this and the pizza is always awesome.

They still haven't fixed their doorbell when you inter the store, so they don't know you entered, and playing their loud music makes it worst so you'll be waiting long sometimes when picking up your food, also is really dumb store policy they can't take a $50 either they really need to charge that rule!

Pizza was perfect. The only thing I did not like was the pizza was cut into squares and was difficult to eat. Will have to say any notes/comments section when ordering to cut in normal pizza slices/Triangles.

It's annoying that I am FORCED to use a phone app to put in a carryout order. I drive 25 minutes to get here which means I have to stop along the way to make an order that could clearly be called in. I tried again today and the order apparently failed on the app which added an additional 20 minutes to my trip while I wait for the order to be prepared. ?

I've had a less than satisfactory experience with Domino's Pizza recently. One of the primary issues was their payment policy. They no longer accept cash, which can be quite inconvenient. Many people, including myself, sometimes prefer or need to pay in cash. Not having this option limits the flexibility that customers usually expect when dining or ordering food.Additionally, there seems to be a recurring problem with the accuracy of the orders. On more than one occasion, the order I received was incorrect. Whether it's a mix-up with toppings, sides, or even the type of crust, these mistakes are frustrating, especially when you're looking forward to a meal after a long day or when you're ordering for a group.Perhaps the most disappointing aspect was the temperature of the food at pickup. Despite arriving on time as indicated by their app, the pizza was cold when I picked it up. This suggests that either the pizza was prepared too early or it wasn't stored properly to maintain its warmth until the customer arrives. A cold pizza is not what anyone expects or wants when they opt for carryout.Overall, while Domino's Pizza might be convenient and popular, these issues significantly impact the overall experience. I hope they can address these concerns by improving their payment options, ensuring the accuracy of orders, and maintaining the quality and temperature of the food they serve.

I didn’t catch his name but the young gentleman working today is working the whole store alone and I had a huge order for a company party and he got all of it done in roughly 15 minutes of me ordering. He killed it. I really hope you guys are taking care of him.

Never had big issues with this place until now. The workers who answer the phone need some training on communication.
Details: I ordered my food and the time for delivery is approximately 19-29 minutes. Everything was on schedule as I tracked the delivery through my neighborhood. Well the driver made multiple deliveries in my area except my house. 30 minutes turned to 40, and that's when I decided to call and ask for a status. The girl on the phone told me the tracker doesn't work sometimes and ensured me my order was on its way. This would be the first time the tracker did not work for me, but I was able to watch the driver proceed back to the Dominoes location and have my order status on my app switch to COMPLETE. Still no order. 40 mins turned to 50 mins. I contact the store back and talk to a Kyle now who says they are putting in another order and it will take another 40 minutes. Since I can't wait for this delivery, I request a refund. Thereafter I'm told the Gen Manager will take care of it later because they are super busy. I was really irritated at this point because the inconvenience of not receiving what I paid for now became an inconvenience to them when I wanted my money back. I ended up talking to the GM Jaden who told me my refund was taken care of. Overall I'm disappointed at how my order was handled and how the customer service on the phone was handled.
