PROS:
- That Oreo Peppermint Cookie is AWESOME!!!
- Sandwiches are made FAST!!

CONS:
- I customize my sandwich in the app, but very little attention is given to these requests. If you are not dining-in, then you don't know this until you're actually eating it. (My request to leave items off was honored, but my request to add extra items was not.)

I hate to leave negative comments, but this has been my experience here.

Arrived for late lunch, arrived to a single employee working. Waited 15+ minutes for two sandwiches. Completely unacceptable staffing decisions by the management. We won't be back.

This JJ is for white people only. Called and asked for contact information for a manager to file a complaint and guy said he couldn't give out that info and hung up on me. Is there a JJ that serves all races? Never got my money back either.

Ordered the jalapeno ranch wrap and the tomatoes were almost rotten, they were all squished and soggy... Ruined the sandwich plus the actual wrap job was extremely loose so it kept leaking all over so I ended up throwing the whole sandwich out.

Food was ok but the employees don't seem to understand the concept of curb side pick up. I got there checked in waited 10 minutes for no one to bring my food then had to go in and my foods just sitting on a shelf. If you don't have curbside pick up... don't offer it

Got in there with the music so loud I could barely hear or talk over it, I had to shout just to be heard. The man taking my order could not figure out what I wanted (a little John #5) and had to restart the order roughly 3-4 times. Each time he was hitting the buttons on the screen harder and harder to where it actually almost fell over, ridiculous. I got my food quickly but when I left to eat I was missing a side of ranch that I paid for, I would go back but I am on the other side of town and had to have my lunch for work, just disappointed.

Ordered from the parking lot, ran in and grabbed it and THEY didn't think they were fast enough so we were given free dessert! ? Our unwiches were sloppy good!
