Jimmy John’s manager is great & so are the employees! We had a not so good meal a month ago, I wrote a review & they remade our meals & I appreciate a store that can swallow their pride & make things right!

Went there 15 minutes before closing and they already had doors locked. Guys in store just looked at us. Watched another car pull up and same thing happened. Really bad customer service.

Higher prices make JJs a pass for me now. $30 for two sandwiches is just too much.

HAVENT EVEN GOTTEN MY FOOD YET, BUT THATS FARTHER THAN I GOT HERE THAN AT SUBWAY!! Jimmy Johns sat and nestled between two other sandwich shops that ARE ABSOLUTELY USELESS. How great jimmy johns must feel being the backbone of sandwich companies out here. THOSE SUBWAYS ARE A DISGRACE to food industries and deserve to be shut down. Keep up the good work JIMMY JOHNS!! Feel free to use this comment in a commercial to trash on the competition, they def deserve it

They completely got my order wrong... how is that possible when it's one sandwich and you order in person?

Friday they were out of meats and cheese now Monday they ran out of regular bread seems the managers here are terrible some one needs to be fired

Fresh bread right out the oven!

We decided to stop at this location, since we were in the mood for subs. Got reminded why we avoid this location quickly. The associate that manned the counter, made us feel rushed to place our order. When we received our sandwiches, there was enough filling to say there was some. My husband had more than I did. The cherry on top, the associates were more interested in their conversations & doing their tear down, than being aware of customers in the lobby. I was unable to refill my tea as it had already been dumped.

Always kind staff and good food

They never get anything correct. Tonight we ordered via the app and when I came by 20 minutes later nothing was ready. They had 3 older teens working who were dropping profanities and not paying attention to the business. I was informed they “didn’t have bread” and it would be another 15 minutes. Whoever owns this franchise location needs to make changes.

Food is always amazing here. Every so often they forget something.

Always good food, I go here about 3 times a week and it’s always good.

PROS:
- That Oreo Peppermint Cookie is AWESOME!!!
- Sandwiches are made FAST!!

CONS:
- I customize my sandwich in the app, but very little attention is given to these requests. If you are not dining-in, then you don't know this until you're actually eating it. (My request to leave items off was honored, but my request to add extra items was not.)

I hate to leave negative comments, but this has been my experience here.
