After receiving my order and driving realized the food they give me was not what I ordered not to mention not even anything on the menu. I called to try to see if I could get this fixed and and ask for a manager. the woman on the phone said she is a manager. tells me I ordered wrong and then proceeds to hang up on me after arguing with me About what I ordered. Very poor leadership if that's the case l and I cannot believe it. Disgusted
Hot, delicious food. Tons of customizations on each item and they were ALL correct. Give my girl Daniella a raise.
Slow or needs more staff. Very busy, maybe more staff.
I went to McDonald's on 5/31/25 because as I was starting to work remotely, and my internet stopped working and I was desperate.
I asked Shawn and Kayden if I could work from there and I would be there for about 4 hours. Seeing I was stressed, they both assured me that it was not a problem.
While there I observed Brenda and her crew working constantly. They were pleasant, upbeat and kept busy.
They were friendly to everyone and gave me hope customer service is not completely dead.
The food was hot and fresh.
Thank you again Brenda, I can see you are a good leader and mentor to our youth.
I ordered breakfast through the app at 9:45, thinking they would be smart enough to make my order before breakfast ended. Like maybe, “hey, this person has a breakfast order and it’s approaching lunch, we should make the breakfast order and put it aside so we have it when they come!” Maybe 10 mins before lunch fill the breakfast orders that haven’t been picked up?? I thought the whole point was to be able to have them make it in advance , so you won’t have to wait.. am I mistaken? I understand people wanting it fresh, but I ordered at the time I did for a reason and came at 10:29 (right as breakfast is ending, even better, I know, but it did take them 10 minutes to come to the window to be fair ig). I just thought that wouldn’t matter because I thought my my order would’ve been made… lesson learned, I guess! Maybe they should make it clear that you shouldn’t order breakfast on the app during breakfast time if you want it before 10:30 🤷♀️ Not to mention I didn’t get a refund because the twink working there told me to do it through the app, meanwhile the app says to do it through the store 🤦♀️ if they could’ve just refunded me or been professional enough to help me the SECOND time I spoke with them, I wouldn’t be writing this review.
I just had a drive through order and the entire bag of food was wrong. None of the sandwiches were made correctly. I wouldn't even give it a star. Not going back again. Good luck

Edit: they finally got back to me, and refunded all the charges. Very pleasant, and apologetic. I will be very careful when using the app, from now on.
I will start by saying that this review is not for the location, but for the management company that runs it. I placed an order through the app, and I got an error several times that said "something went wrong please try again". So, of course I tried again, five times. Right after my last attempt finally went through, I got five confirmation emails for five separate orders. I immediately went inside to see if they could cancel four of the orders. The shift manager, who was very nice by the way, said there was nothing they could do in the store and tried to contact his management company. They didn't answer nor get back to him in a timely fashion so he gave me their number so that I could call them myself. I tried to call, as they were supposed to still be open. All I got was an answering service. I tried for the next week to get someone to answer the phone. I realize it was a holiday, but the manager told me they were open the first day called, and I called for an entire week. I also left at least two messages. On the 6th day of trying to get a hold of someone on the phone, I finally got a human being. She also said she couldn't do anything about it and would give the message to someone who would call me the next day. Well, surprise, surprise no one ever called me back. It wouldn't be such a big deal but it was almost $60 worth of food that I paid for, and didn't get because it was ordered through an error on the app. I guess, at this point I have no choice but to try to dispute the charges with my credit card company. This is really frustrating because all they had to do was refund the charges, or let their employees cancel the orders.
This location used to be good, but what happened? There’s not a time of the day that I’ve been to this McDonald’s and the food was good. The food is never fresh, the lettuce always looks like it was from the trash, the fries are always salty, the buns are sometimes hard and it’s just a horrible, not happy place to be! If I could give negative stars that’s what I’d give. Please serve fresh food for what we pay for. I didn’t pay for fries or a burger patty that seems like it’s been sitting there on your down time! We have been coming to this McDonalds for a few years and tonight we had a great experience with Chris. He resolved an issue for me and was friendly, efficient and effective! Thanks Chris!!

I’m writing this review after a number of visits to this place. This is the worst McDonald’s experience I’ve ever had. The service is friendly enough but the food is awful. Filet of Fish sandwiches that sit under heat lamps for hours and taste dried out and nasty.
Cold burger patties that are apparently pre-cooked then refrigerated? So cold the cheese doesn’t melt.
Special requests are treated like a joke. Ask for extra tartar and get a carton with a fish sandwich literally covered in sauce. Extra ketchup means getting a sandwich drowning in ketchup. It’s not funny now that these sandwiches cost nearly $6.00 each.

Worst McDonalds in history!!! Horrible service. What happened to fast food? Been in the drive through for 25 minutes??! I was the 2nd vehicle. They don’t even train their employees correctly either. No one says hi
Filthy. Not a clean table in the place. The Self purchase is ridiculous. Every screen is trying to upsell....just give me my order!....go back to customer service. Only one other person in the eating area. mcrib was a return visit...food quality.....ick!

Went here with my dad one time and one of the employees was extremely rude to my dad. All he ordered were fries and they were taking way to long. I seriously wish I could give this place zero stars. The employee was also cursing at my dad. Oh is she lucky I wasn't in there. Anyway avoid this place if you can. Definitely not worth it
