Their customer service sucks . I waited 15 minutes before being acknowledged . She didn't give me a receipt to know what number I had when she called it out . Please find a different fasr food place

Where's McDonald's experience I have ever had almost every customer who ordered prior to Mays order was wrong and had to be made correct one way or another I get my order all I wanted really was the half and half tea half sweet tea half unsweet tea after the second time of them making it wrong I decided to throw it away as that was the main thing I came to McDonald's for

What a wonderful time I had here!
So, after a long night of driving Lyft, I decided to treat myself with random breakfast I don’t usually do cuz of health. But once in a while, why not lol.
And guess what??? A car in front of me paid for me 🥹❤️ what a wonderful surprise!! I remember those good old days with people treating each other, and thanks for bringing this back to life!
The employee is so cute, he just said it respectfully he loves when others do that for others!
So in return, gotta give my blessings away, I paid for the person after me for their breakfast too ☺️❤️

For the last several months this location has stepped it up! I was hesitant in going back and since I did a few months back it’s been great!!! I threw away my receipt so I decided to leave the review on here. The manager this morning made it a point to mention to take the survey after I told him how well they are doing now. Thanks keep it up!!!

There’s a reason it’s 2 1/2 stars. And that’s being generous. Depending on who’s running the crew depends on the attitude you get. They lie consistently about what is available just so they don’t have to make it. The manager Beth running it during the afternoon really expresses how she has other things to discuss with her crew like their school schedules and not the issues with employee being unprofessional, and saying items aren’t available when it was contradictory to what the other employees said just minutes later. When you try to bring it to the managers attention they don’t really care about customer satisfaction or their reputation as being terrible. I don’t foresee it being open long as all the other area finishes building up with more options.

I went through the drive thru and waited an additional 10 minutes at the third window. Since nobody came, I got out of my car ,went to the second window and asked for my meal and coffee. They gave me extra food which I didn't order. So I went inside to finally get the correct meal. 23 minutes of effort. Who is running the the Mcdonalds? I see nobody and a bunch of chickens.
