I will start by saying that this review is not for the location, but for the management company that runs it. I placed an order through the app, and I got an error several times that said "something went wrong please try again". So, of course I tried again, five times. Right after my last attempt finally went through, I got five confirmation emails for five separate orders. I immediately went inside to see if they could cancel four of the orders. The shift manager, who was very nice by the way, said there was nothing they could do in the store and tried to contact his management company. They didn't answer nor get back to him in a timely fashion so he gave me their number so that I could call them myself. I tried to call, as they were supposed to still be open. All I got was an answering service. I tried for the next week to get someone to answer the phone. I realize it was a holiday, but the manager told me they were open the first day called, and I called for an entire week. I also left at least two messages. On the 6th day of trying to get a hold of someone on the phone, I finally got a human being. She also said she couldn't do anything about it and would give the message to someone who would call me the next day. Well, surprise, surprise no one ever called me back. It wouldn't be such a big deal but it was almost $60 worth of food that I paid for, and didn't get because it was ordered through an error on the app. I guess, at this point I have no choice but to try to dispute the charges with my credit card company. This is really frustrating because all they had to do was refund the charges, or let their employees cancel the orders.

This location used to be good, but what happened? There’s not a time of the day that I’ve been to this McDonald’s and the food was good. The food is never fresh, the lettuce always looks like it was from the trash, the fries are always salty, the buns are sometimes hard and it’s just a horrible, not happy place to be! If I could give negative stars that’s what I’d give. Please serve fresh food for what we pay for. I didn’t pay for fries or a burger patty that seems like it’s been sitting there on your down time! Happy New Year! Hope your quality of food is better for the new year 🙏

I’m writing this review after a number of visits to this place. This is the worst McDonald’s experience I’ve ever had. The service is friendly enough but the food is awful. Filet of Fish sandwiches that sit under heat lamps for hours and taste dried out and nasty.
Cold burger patties that are apparently pre-cooked then refrigerated? So cold the cheese doesn’t melt.
Special requests are treated like a joke. Ask for extra tartar and get a carton with a fish sandwich literally covered in sauce. Extra ketchup means getting a sandwich drowning in ketchup. It’s not funny now that these sandwiches cost nearly $6.00 each.

Filthy. Not a clean table in the place. The Self purchase is ridiculous. Every screen is trying to upsell....just give me my order!....go back to customer service. Only one other person in the eating area. mcrib was a return visit...food quality.....ick!

Went here with my dad one time and one of the employees was extremely rude to my dad. All he ordered were fries and they were taking way to long. I seriously wish I could give this place zero stars. The employee was also cursing at my dad. Oh is she lucky I wasn't in there. Anyway avoid this place if you can. Definitely not worth it

Hands down the best food I've had at a McDonald's in a long time! The food was hot, and fresh. My son even asked "did they just butcher the cow and slam in down on the grill?" Worth the wait!
These lazy idiots close early and randomly on a regular basis. Don't waste your time going here. I'm definitely over it.

I asked for no ice in my iced tea, the person at the window decided to vent to her coworker about how much she hates when people order large drinks with no ice, not realizing the window was cracked. She then got her coworker to hand me my food because she was clearly embarrassed so I asked her coworker why she hates that and her coworker responded with, she very opinionated. Cute, I am too 🤭

I am not a fan but my family likes the food so the drive thru with the app for orders is easy and the rewards are great so it is an easy quick lunch or snack for the kids.
