Y’all! If you’re looking for some burnt ends… Look no further. Oh my God, these things were amazing. They were somehow someway, nice and crispy and burnt, yet moist and juicy and flavorful all at the same time. Do yourself a favor, swing by Papa smokes and pick up some amazing food. You will not regret it.
Guaranteed the best smoked brisket in Colorado. I’ve tried many places and no one compares. It’s like he smokes it until the ancestors whisper “that’s enough” lol. They even make a sauce that takes it to another level. I’ve also had their breakfast burrito and it was amazing. If you ever see this food truck outside… stop and grab a few things. You won’t be disappointed!!!
Got a plate via DoorDash. It was amazing- the brisket was incredibly tender, the brisket chili was out of this world, and the caramel roll was insanely good. The brisket was so darn good I even forgot that I requested a few different styles of bbq sauces on the side. Definitely will make it a point to go visit this place in person.
