Went this morning at 7:15 am on 6/7/25. First barista was friendly and smiling as we greeted one another. The second worker maybe manager was near the rear of the shop counting stock. As I was cracking a dumb “I’ve been better” joke. “Libby” came from the rear of the store and motioned the first barista to the side rudely and stated “You gonna order something” to me. I said “yes please” uncomfortably. Read the order my friend wanted from my phone. Libby said “that’s it?!” Rudely. I said “well, are there size options?” Libby “What size do you want”even more rude now. “There are small, medium, and large!” I said “Medium please, thank you”. And walked away very uncomfortably. And kind of bewildered. Wondering what I had done wrong. Not only was Libby incredibly rude and arrogant. She cost her barista a tip by pushing her to the side and being super rude to maybe one of the few people who still believes in good tips. Will not be stopping by this Starbucks ever again. Have a great rest of your career in the service industry Libby. You could use some work on that skill set for sure.

I accidentally placed my order to the wrong store and the manager and barista were really nice i didnt catch their named but they made all my drinks and were really nice about it !
