Good food & service; unfortunately they don't accept Colorado digital ID/driver's license 😑 as valid per management discretion I was told.

This IS the best hidden gem in El Paso county!!
The food was amazing! the service and the vibe were on point. The bartender was fun and chatty. The other people sitting at the bar were friendly and inviting. Atmosphere was great.
Also, can I say that this is the cleanest bar ive ever been in. You can absolutely tell that this place loves what they do, and the people who they meet along the way!
Also, i LOVE a bar that supports our first responders and our military!!!

Alex is the most genuine, caring, honest, dedicated and hard working individual I have met! She's bright, enthusiastic and most importantly intelligent. Her service to all is excellent. The Falcon's Edge is a pinnacle! Thank you Natalie, Alex and kitchen staff for providing the best food and drink in the local area, also gratitude for your support of active duty military and veterans!

Natilie the owner is one of the niceset people and the food is ten times better than than your typical bar food. My wife is not a bar patron but since we moved here and I ask her where do you want to go to eat she always say's the falcon's edge. The local's that go there are very friendly and wellcoming
Great laid back, non pretentious, real spot to hang with friends.
Food wasn't great, but not terrible. Service was awful with real bummers for bartenders and staff.

It's a veterans bar and the food is good
I ordered the Freedom Burger. Everything was good minus the burger. It was very dry and tasted like charcoal. I took it to go for my dogs to eat. Atmosphere was good.
The place was clean, food was somewhat unique and pretty tasty compared to other local bar food (down in the Springs), and I would definitely come back.
They had live music that night.
