You forgot the part where you’re supposed to be “fast” food.
You could go to a sit down restaurant, sit, order and eat, before you get your order in here. And it would be cheaper.
Management needs to change or something, I’m waiting for you guys to go under and maybe something better will come along.
Freddys is faster and they make it fresh….
Edit: it’s like this every time I try to eat here on my way home, I’m not waiting 30 minutes to order because you can’t get it together.

The manager Joseph is fantastic. I have been to this location for many years and every interaction with this man has been great. Every issue I have he has fixed and gone above and beyond. I am still a customer and the sole reason is the work this man does. Pay him more or something.

Wow! Impressive. I ordered a burger with no bun and was impressed with how they served it. It was neatly done in a box with condiments in a mini cup on the side. So many places give you a burger with no condiments when you ask for no bun. It's generally edible but disappointing. This tasted great and was presented well.

My daughter and I felt like Wendy’s tonight, but that was a huge mistake! When we pulled up to the Falcon location your lighted menu was completely dark. This was 8:30 this evening. I’ve seen this menu completely dark before tonight so I was like ok I’ll pull up maybe they are open. The outside lights were not on as well. I ordered two combo number one meals. We asked for fresh fries because I’ve had bad experiences with fries before here at this location. They asked us to pull up and wait while they make the fries fresh. After a few more minutes we got the food so I decided to have a fry. They weren’t even warm so I checked my daves double which I asked for no cheese and extra pickle. What I got was a Dave’s double with only cheese and pickle. So I wait for old fries and a burger that was made correctly. I will drive to another location no matter how far it is before I ever go back to this location. The service was not good and your place looks disgusting on the inside. Your company and your area director should be ashamed of themselves for running this location into the ground. You guys give Wendy’s a bad name and you should close the location to clean it and train your people correctly!! I went to Arbys so I could get a hot meal and done correctly.

This place is absolutely disgusting. Nothing is cleaned at all. Our food took forever to come out when there were only four families in the building that were no larger than three people. The workers also got our orders wrong.

I am grateful for this place here in Falcon Colorado, the drive thru was extremely quick and organized. I am going to be completely honest here with a hint of disappointment in saying anything because the person helping me in the drive thru was incredible, she was sweet, enduring, and absolutely amazing. Unfortunately I had bought a baked potato that should have come with everything except chili and even ordered extra cheese but that didn't happen and even worse the potato was so overcooked and dried out to top it off it was cold (not exactly how with it being overcooked) it was inedible and I ended up throwing it away and just had the 4 nuggets and they were so good but not enough. Sadly I was in the parking lot trying to grab a quick bite before returning to my business at home so I didn't have time to even do anything about it. So I don't know if I would recommend the potato but I will absolutely for the nuggets and the personality of the drive thru attendant.

Closed before 10:30 instead of midnight because they didn't have staff but one guy is out laying on the ground. A $46.00 order had been placed on the mobile app so we could feed the kids dinner on our 2 hour drive home. We had to cancel the order and as you can imagine they were very upset.
