Went today for lunch through the drive thru and received no ice in any of my drinks. I saw someone else refill the ice right after our drinks were made. I feel like the employee just didn't want to wait for ice to make our drinks. She didn't give me a receipt after I gave her my card. I feel like she didn't want us to have anyway to give feedback on how back our food/service was. Disappointed.

I went there for my lunch break and the person at the front was nice he had a hard time listening but was kind. I stand there for two minutes waiting for my food and when I get my food I didn't get my fries, and my chicken sandwich was half raw in the middle. The friends I went with who ordered before me had to wait five minutes for their food and by that time their frostys had melted.

Well I arrived at 11:34, ordered the $5.00 bag and the meat in the burger was so hard and dried out I had to take a second bite just to make sure I wasn't missing what I was experiencing. Almost broke a tooth the second bite I've been coming here for sometime and this will be the last. Just run down and no body seams to want to be here. I threw it away and ill take my loss.

Went thru drive thru ordered a No.1 double cheese burger combo with No Pickles and a Taco Salad and we confirmed the No Pickles at window with Manager well we left checked burger it was loaded with pickles turned around went inside showed them recipe and burger then they took burger THEN THEY JUST TOOK PICKLES OFF BURGER THEN TRIED HANDED IT BACK TO ME AFTER I WATCHED THEM REMOVE THE PICKLES !!! IM ALLERGIC TO THEM!!!!! I SHOULD FILE A LAW SUIT FOR THEM RETURNING THAT BURGER BACK TO ME FOR HEALTH CODE VIOLATIONS!!
