Drive through service can be hit or miss for quality but the food is always consistent and piping hot.

Waiting in drive through 2/3/26 at 830am for 20 minutes with 1 person in front of me. Went inside and 5 employees standing around talking with people in line inside as well. Finally they left.

The young lady who took my order wasnt very nice. The bun on my sons hamburger was rock hard and the tomato on the burger rotten. The fries were less than half full. Ended up having to take my son somewhere else to eat bc his meal was inedible. Sad what Wendy's has become.

this wendys used to be the best. noticed they hired some new people for dinner shift and they ALWAYS close an hour early sometimes even earlier than that. ive asked for names before but they always say “we are closed so i ont have to tell you”. real unfortunate :/

Tonight went through drive up. The menu was not lite, the wind was blowing a section of if, so you couldn't see what you was ordering or prices. Hamburger was over cooked, no ketchup or napkins in the sack. Not good service for 15.00 hamburger and fries!!

I had a wonderful experience recently with the manager at this Wendy's. My card was accidentally charged for something not associated with my drive-through order the week before. When I noticed, I called and questioned how we could rectify it. He was very amicable and kind and told me to just stop by the store. I came in and was able to speak with a manager quickly. He was very apologetic and accommodating. He refunded the unassociated charge and gave my daughter a free Frosty. It's amazing the treatment you'll get when you handle human error with Grace. This manager and the rest of the team were very professional and kind.

Fast and efficient drive through. Frosty was delicious.
Went today for lunch through the drive thru and received no ice in any of my drinks. I saw someone else refill the ice right after our drinks were made. I feel like the employee just didn't want to wait for ice to make our drinks. She didn't give me a receipt after I gave her my card. I feel like she didn't want us to have anyway to give feedback on how back our food/service was. Disappointed.
