Stopped here with a buddy who’s riding his bike along the Trans America Bike Trail (riding west to east). People in town were welcoming allowing us to camp in the town park. Due to weather the Mayor, Dave opened up the Lions Club Community Center and let us sleep inside for the night. Great restaurant and great people in the town of New Raymer.
I was told by fellow coworkers about the fried mushrooms and that’s all it took. A double mushroom and Swiss paired with fried mushrooms and a ranch sauce, washed down with an energy drink… blue collar heaven
