Loved Brickhouse! Had dinner here on our night in Rifle while on a road trip and it reminded us of our favorite pizza joint at home. Great food, good beer, friendly servers. Would definitely come back!

My wife and I went in for dinner tonight they were busy but not overly busy. It took a little while to get our beverages the young lady that waited on us forgot our appetizers and when our food finally came it was definitely less than appetizing. I had the chicken Parmesan sandwich and it was burnt to a crisp along with the marinara that they put on it it was so dry and tough it made it hard to eat I was extremely disappointed.! I try to support Local businesses but unfortunately this restaurant always seems to have some type of issue.

Incredibly disappointed in our experience tonight. Brought out of town guests for dinner to celebrate a birthday and then head to a movie. We waited an hour for them to inform us that the computer was down and they were behind on orders. 2 hours later everyone except the bday boy received their dinner and the movie was missed due to the wait. Other larger groups who came in after us Had meals way before we did. Super disappointing and would not recommend after this experience.

I am not a big fan of pizza, however this one is exceptional! I had a traditional pizza that was outstanding. They are truly delicious.

It baffles me that this place has 5 star reviews. This was the worst $40 I've ever spent on a meal in my life.
For $14 you will get 5 small pieces of shrimp. The 12 inch pizza I paid $20 for was so bad I couldn't finish more than 3 slices. It took 15-20 minutes after I stopped eating to get a server to get me a check so I could finally leave.
Y'all need better restaurants in this town because if this is truly a 4.5 star restaurant for the residents here then I feel sorry for you
