We like Jalisco grill and was a regular choice for us when we lived in town. Table chips, salsa, and cabbage (LOVE the cabbage) and always fresh and good. Several items are great shrimp burrito (huge and yummy), enchiladas, combination plate, taco salad are a few our favorites. Kids meals are good and at a decent price.
We had Carne Asade and shrimp and mushroom in a chipotle sauce. The margaritas were on point. It was excellent food. The corn and white tortillas were delicious.

Wow! Unexpected! I throughly enjoyed everything about this little town treasure. As I sat I was greeted with homemade salsa, thin crispy homemade tortilla chips and a cabbage slaw. It not only held off my hunger but made me want more. I ordered a chicken taco, rice and beans. Honestly the chicken in the crispy taco was hiding in the bottom but was delicious. The beans were refried to perfection. The rice was moist and seasoned just right.

Nice cozy atmosphere, waitresses are always nice. Food usually good, I’ve had a couple of times when it wasn’t. Flavor is always there. They have vegetarian options which is definitely a plus. One of the best Mexican Restaurants in Rifle.
