We thoroughly enjoyed our food. I have never had a taco fajita salad that was full of meat and peppers and onions all the way through the salad and not just piled up on top of a bunch of lettuce. It was delicious and very filling. Hubby had a burrito that he said was the best sauce he’s had in ages. Our favorite was the queso dip. It was very creamy and had little jalapeños in it and was very good one of the best I’ve ever had.

Stopped here on our way to Moab from Boulder. Might be the best Mexican food we’ve had in Colorado! The tacos were amazing and the tortillas seemed handmade.

My husband and I were looking for a sit down lunch on our way through Rifle on Google. I picked this one because I saw a picture of cabbage salsa (one of my favorites). It did NOT disappoint! The service was quick and friendly and the food was fresh and amazing! I highly recommend!
