I went here for lunch today... firstly the lady was super sweet to the customer who was inside right before i walked in. When it was my turn her entire demeanor and atridue changed. She became very rude and talked back alot. I had asked for a burrito and asked for green sauce. She told me they didnt have any to put in the burrito. So i offered to get green sauce from the self serve if they would out it in for me. Her response was " well i dont see the difference" in a very rude way. So i politely asked her to loose her attitude and informed her it was bad customer service. Than she offered me green sause that they had in the kitchen to put in my burrito... so fast forward a little to getting my food... as soon as she walked away she came back and for my burrito back, she took it to the kitchen, unwrapped it and brought it back. Claiming the cook wanted to check it however he was nowhere to be found... i did hesitate to eat it but decided to anyway... as i was getting close tonfinishing it, i found a nice long hair in my meat... i brought it to her attention just for her to be aware so she could check the food, and her comment was "i know its not mine and my dad is bald soo.." and at that point i actually pulled it out of the piece of meat it was entangled in.. this is the worst customer service i have had in a really long time... i would recommend going to the one in grand junction from now on, they are respectful and wont back talk you when you ask for something or show them you have hair in your food

Nothing special here it was all in all a little bland and I'm not sure if this is connected to the Jilbertos in Grand junction or not. I suppose after eating at the one in G J i was slightly disappointed. Its really tough to get a bad taco but was the least good taco ive had in awhile.
Best fish taco and shrimp burrito I have ever had! I will definitely go out of my way to go to Los Jilbertos again...

Why do they say they are open until 8pm when in all actuality the place is shut down and dark by 7:45!!! This has happened several times!!! Just an FYI if your wanting a late dinner this is not the spot to come you will waste your gas and time!
