This tasted bad!!! Spare ribs were slices of pork loin, not ribs. Flavor was just bad. Teriyaki beef on a stick tasted like curry not Teriyaki!!!!!

Shanghai is usually my go to and have never had any problems with them. I placed an online order and included fried rice and steamed rice. When I received my order I did not have my steamed rice. I went inside to show my receipt and get my other order. He started arguing with me saying he gave me a large instead of two smalls even though it was two different orders. It usually is no big deal but when you’re paying for it you want your order correct. After going back and forth, he asked for the large order back and I told him I would go get it. As I was going to get it, I turned back and didn’t notice he was following me to my car. I turn back to give him it and he finally gives my my order and walks away. I just think this is unprofessional following customers to their cars and demanding the food back. I hope they don’t try to reuse the food, because I don’t see the need to be asking for food that has already left the restaurant back.

Came from out of town and we wanted to treat our family to dinner. Dinner was absolutely delicious. We enjoyed all the variety that they offered. Customer service was wonderful and added to the wonderful dining experience we had. Glad to have this as an added wonderful experience on our trip. Thank you very much❤️

Our company attempted to have Shanghai Gardens cater a very important lunch meeting and ran into numerous problems. First, they could not seem to get our order correct when we called to confirm. They also gave us various quotes of delivery charges and credit card charges, it would go from 10% to 15% and back on both extra charges. The day of the event they asked if we were picking it up and we had already paid for delivery. The delivery was 30 min late and they did not provide us with serving utensils or PLATES!!! We had asked repeatedly for those items to be included. Overall, it was a confusing and disappointing experience. It was embarrassing to try to order something different for a lunch meeting and have it turn into such a debacle. Never again!

We spent $50 and got three meals. I asked for one chilli sauce for each meal and they wanted $1 a piece for eaçh one . Then told me if I add two to the tip he would give me them. Very cheap
