Not a bad place to eat at all but not the best Mexican food I’ve ever had. It was very busy for a Friday night and we had to wait about 20 minutes to get a seat. Not bad. Service was excellent. It’s a reasonably nice place, clean and well decorated. Comfortable and pleasant.

Great Mexican restaurant! Maybe the best Cadillac margarita ever. Can’t wait to go back and try some different menu items. Everything was spot on including the singing mariachi Marino.

Had the shrimp taco's, they were awesome! The customer service was also great. Been to the Tequilas in Arvada and this location in Rifle is just as good.

First stop for dinner on our trip to Utah & Colorado 8/12/25 after driving west on I-70 from the Denver airport. This place was recommended by the front desk at the nearby La Quinta Inn.
We sat at the bar of this big restaurant that was getting busy on a Tuesday evening. Our waitperson/bartender was the friendly & helpful Estefani. A couple of drinks while we had the salsa (2 types) & chips and looked over the menu. Nice Mexican music playing with the Spanish language soap operas on the TV. Our dinners were skinny chicken tacos served with lettuce leaves & all the fixings ($21) & pork shanks (3) with a great mole sauce, rice & refried beans ($20). Large portions, but more importantly great presentation & taste.
Open for lunch & dinner 7 days a week. Plenty of public parking in this strip mall.
