They straight up awful folks. Like I always have to come back because they would mess my order up. Today I went there and ask for two baconator and two Dave’s double but no the gave me one single Dave’s and three baconator.

The people that work here are often very rude. My mom went thru the drive thru with my son and when she got to the window she paud for what was order but had forgot to order my son's burger and a water, they rudely told her that if she wanted anything else she needed to go back through the drive
thru again to order because there are people behind her that need to eat. These employees often act as if they don't want to be there let alone help anyone. Wish the Wendy's in parachute was still open the employees there were way more appreciative and helpful.

Very appreciative on how nice the girl was at the window however we went through drive through and was told we couldn’t substitute the grilled for crispy on the wrap. I was later asked if I wanted crispy chicken instead of spicy chicken so I didn’t have to wait but preferred to wait. I was given an estimate of 6 minutes and we waited a bit longer which again is fine but when you take full HOT patties not cut in my salad that is not okay. I would assume that if I waited longer for my food it would be done correctly. I understand closing time is soon but that shouldn’t mean that they should sacrifice their quality…

Ordered a breakfast burrito took a bite... *crunch *crunch. Egg shell in the entire burrito with every bite *crunch. Couldn't even eat half.

Lady at drive-thru window on August 6th at like 8:00 at night. It's very rude. I asked for more ketchup. She got an attitude and slammed the window and gave me a dirty look. That's not very good customer service if you ask me

New location is spotless clean, staff is friendly and prompt. Ordered the croissant breakfast sandwich with sausage and Swiss. The croissant is Wendy’s take on a bun, but the taste and texture aren’t “ croissant like”. I noticed no cheese so went back to the counter. Asked about the missing Swiss cheese and was told “our Swiss is a liquid”. Uhhhh, ok Wendy, a liquid? We’re done.

Worst experience I’ve ever had with a cashier. My family was driving through Rifle on a road trip and stopped for dinner. The cashier (probably no older than 17) was extremely and unnecessarily impatient with us. There was no line behind us yet he gave us a condescending and impatient attitude from the moment we entered the restaurant by snappily rushing us through our orders, despite the fact that most of us needed to use the bathroom first. Several of us felt so rushed that we did not order as much food as we would have liked, and one of us was brought to tears in frustration. If you’re in Rifle, it’s worth your money to go somewhere other than Wendy’s to avoid the worst cashier I’ve ever interacted with.
