I've been hesitant to go to Wendy's - past visits have been substandard. Today, however, I am happy to say that I got a superb apple pecan chicken salad. It was wonderful and want the store to know it is heartily appreciated. Excellent service, as well. Thanks

I went through the drive-thru to make a purchase, and the manager was the one who took my payment. She was very rude because I wanted to pay with Apple Pay, and she kept insisting that they didn’t accept that payment method. I told her that they did, and that I could see it right there, but she said she couldn’t reach far enough to take my phone (even though I’ve paid that way before without any problem). She was in a terrible mood and said that if the phone fell, it wasn’t her problem — in a very rude and disrespectful way. Worst customer service.

the rude little girl who is constantly wearing airpods at the drive through (crazy unprofessional btw, fix your standards) needs to work on her attitude and manners. you're welcome is how you respond to thank you no mhm. fix you face and learn customer service or get another job. fix the attitude of all your employees or stop hiring teenagers with no outside training, shouldn't get glared at and have faces made when a question is asked

They straight up awful folks. Like I always have to come back because they would mess my order up. Today I went there and ask for two baconator and two Dave’s double but no the gave me one single Dave’s and three baconator.

The people that work here are often very rude. My mom went thru the drive thru with my son and when she got to the window she paud for what was order but had forgot to order my son's burger and a water, they rudely told her that if she wanted anything else she needed to go back through the drive
thru again to order because there are people behind her that need to eat. These employees often act as if they don't want to be there let alone help anyone. Wish the Wendy's in parachute was still open the employees there were way more appreciative and helpful.
