Great food made with love. It does take longer for them to make your meal, so call in an order if you’re in a hurry. I had the French toast, and enjoyed it.

What a special find! Just stopped by for coffee and a bite on my way west. Coffee was incredible and the breakfast burrito was solid! Made fresh to order, not those microwavable ones you find at a lot of coffee shops. Staff was super friendly and provided great service. This is my new go-to when passing through.

Delicious food, had the French toast with potatoes and eggs. Eggs were fresh, the potatoes were the right amount of crispy and tender, the French toast was sweet, thick and delectable! Definitely need to try this place.

Staff is not very pleasant, they do not listen very well when orders are being said, especially when there is more than one person in front of the counter. The coffee is watered down, even after asking for an extra shot. First time coming to this establishment and very likely not to return. Had serious high hopes, because the pictures online are amazing, word of mouth had great things to say.

The People working here made it great! Portion's were on point , I was confused though that breakfast had the same price as lunch option's . Breakfast should be the less expensive meal of the day. For the day of the week we went you would have thought it would be less busy. Nope but that's a good thing!!!
Parking: It's 3rd street parking , not the restraunt's in the same blocks fault. A parking garage down the west side of 3rd close to all of these businesses would be ideal for future growth.

Have been coming here for years. Our daughter lives in Silt and we enjoy taking our two granddaughters out for breakfast here. This time the quality was way down. There were flies everywhere was the first thing I noticed They didn’t have waffles or smoothies for the kids anymore and the kids don’t like the pancakes because they taste “weird.” We were offered pb&j sandwiches as a kid combo meal. When that came out with fruit the girls wanted chips to which they said it comes with chips or fruit but it’s too late because you ordered fruit!! We weren’t given a choice we told her to which she said “sorry”. The eggs we ordered over medium were burnt on the outside yet still runny on the inside. I don’t even know how they did that!! No bagels so we settled for wonder bread style white Texas toast. The sausage was warmed but I feared it may not have been cooked all the way. The potatoes were like boiled potatoes with no crispness. The flies kept landing on my food and other tables were shooing them away. A lot has changed here. We really didn’t enjoy it. Sad to see it downhill like this…

How do you call yourself whistle pig coffee shop and stop serving breakfast at 11? All I wanted today was breakfast and this was one of the only diners open today. Still had to get something for wife bc I told her I was coming here. Service was slow. Told 15 minutes and it's already been 25 minutes. Worst part is I'm not even getting anything for myself and still need to find something for myself because I'm not interested in sandwiches or salads.

Are used to live in Rifle 40 years ago. It was just a short time while I was in junior high. On a recent visit to Glenwood Springs, we stopped in Rifle on the way home for breakfast. We found this place and decided to give it a try. Since Rifle really isn’t known for having a lot of restaurant options, I didn't have high expectations. . The food was so good. The service was excellent. And it was a cute little cozy café type environment. Will definitely go again.

The Whistle pig bagel sandwich was so good! Loved the energy peanut butter bar. Everything scratch made! Passing through from St Louis area, great decision to stop!
