After multiple visits, the service has been consistently and shockingly terrible.
The servers aren’t just a little short — they are openly rude and dismissive, to the point where it’s uncomfortable. You get the feeling that you’re bothering them just by being there. When in reality, they are ultimately working and with the expectation of receiving a tip. The general atmosphere from the staff is unwelcoming and there’s a clear attitude of annoyance towards customers.
The food is great, which makes it even more disappointing. I don’t need or expect over-the-top hospitality from a place like this— but basic kindness and respect should be the bare minimum.
I truly hope the owners address the customer service. How you treat people matters.

Food was meh, drinks were decent. Our waitress was training someone else, you could very easily tell she didn't want to train the girl or she wasn't happy in general. Two people from the group didn't feel great after eating the #15. Won't be back.

First time i tried this place we ordered taco salads. It was ok until I saw we paid 50$s for 2 taco salads and 2 dr peppers. When the menu said 12 and some change for the taco salads. Not sure why the big difference. The second time we went back we ordered the specials and getting the tacos fried was absolutely 💯. Best tasting taco I've had since being here. Definitely recommend it.

Stopped in for lunch after work. We were brought the chips and salsa and it was HOT! The sweet tea was ok. The authentic food was good. Had to wait a little bit for refills but that was my only complaint. The prices were not bad at all. The seating inside a little small but no complaints here.

I went in on a friend's referral. It was super busy on a Friday afternoon, right about 12:30. I waited for about 10 minutes to be seated until a diner told me that you seat yourself. That would have been nice to know right away since obviously I was just standing there. I looked around and there were no clean tables so I sat on an unbused table like others that just walked in instead of waiting for them to bus it or else I would have been waiting a long time. Seemed like they only bused tables if someone had to sit on them, so they probably need someone to bus tables only. Waitresses were busy. I had the #2 combo with medium green chile. It was pretty good but not real hot, temperature wise. I also had them add on lettuce and tomato, which they upcharged for. It was all good because they definitely gave you your money's worth. The complimentary chips and salsa were really good, too! The menu was reasonably priced. It took me 45 minutes from arriving to get and finish my meal, which I rushed through because I was in a hurry. I would give this place one second chance.

I was in town this past weekend and, as always, made a stop at Mission Deli—one of my go-to spots whenever I'm in the area. I want to take a moment to compliment the owners for bringing their daughters and granddaughter back onto the floor. It's made a noticeable and positive difference in the overall environment. In the past, the service could feel a bit cold, but now there's a warmth and energy that really enhances the dining experience. The atmosphere has improved, the staff is friendlier, and it feels like a family-run place again—in the best way. The food, as always, is amazing. And seeing their granddaughter, Gia, working so confidently and professionally is a real highlight. She’s been helping out since she was four years old, and now that she’s grown, she truly shines. Thank you, Mission Deli, for bringing in such great help and continuing to make your restaurant a special place! 🌶️🌮💯❤️

First impression of this place when you pull up the place looks pretty decent. I was surprised it was seat yourself when I went in. Table was dirty, asked to have it wiped off, no big deal. Waitress was polite but not very attentive. It was 40 minutes before close when we arrived. Ordered quickly soon after we arrived. Chips and salsa were good. Waited 35 minutes for the special of the day and a taco salad and nobody every checked on us in that time we waited. got our food Our food was not even warm. Chile relleno was soggy with oil, steak in fajitas was so tough and it was served on the hot plate that wasn't even hot.(every other mexican place I have been to that thing is sizzling when it comes out)my tortillas for the fajitas were hard and cold. One thing that was good was the rice. no one ever came back and asked about the food. We never got a ticket either so we went straight to the register. That's when the owner tried to give us every excuse for our poor food quality and service. We didn't ask for a free meal, we asked for a discount especially since I ate 1 fajitas and left the entire rest of the plate there because It was not good. My boyfriend only ate part of his taco salad shell and the chips that came on the side. We paid for our slightly discounted meal after we were told they were busy and that's why or food was cold.🙃 needless to say I will continue just not supporting this local business in the future.
