I’m from Texas but if you live in the Rocky Ford area and haven’t been here you’ve been missing out or probably don’t know what good BBQ is. We had the 4 rib plate and the brisket nachos, both were phenomenal. Good meaty ribs, great bbq sauce, baked beans were the best ever as well as the macaroni salad. For the brisket nachos, they don’t skimp on any ingredients. Not a single dry chip. If I’m ever back in town I will definitely be coming here again!
The Nicest people you will ever meet. Hands down the best BBQ . Richard has mastered smoking ribs and brisket to perfection. The sausage was also very delicious. Well worth the drive
Son of a gun.... ? Wow so I have wanted to try this place for a long time now, have driven by it many times but today finally decided to grab some lunch, so glad I did. I saw a post for a sausage jalapeno BBQ sandwich special and it had my husband's name all over it, I ordered that and a small order of pulled pork nachos!
