Each time I go there, the noise in the background from the speaker is so loud you can barely hear a word they are saying. One night I sat for 20 minutes at a dead order board while the cook watched while he was sitting outside the back door smoking. This place has gone to hell. Zero professionalism, the food is overcooked, tonight the grease stated bad on the food( time to change it out), the table and chairs all in array , it's just a mess. For what you pay for the food one would expect better. I'm done with this place.

This is the second time that I have come to this location on my lunch break, and was stuck waiting!
It was a complete waste of my lunch.
As soon as I press the button,
I’m waiting for 20 minutes before I get an answer to take my order
Act like you want my money or I’ll take it to Subway or the Mexican Food Truck.

Used to be a good Sonic. But the last couple years, it has gotten extremely bad. Poor service to not getting what you ordered from the app. Have had to call customer service twice to get my money back on orders not received because they were out of something. The last two times, I have gotten extremely poor service.

I paid with a debit card and, although there was no mention of it before I put my card in, a tip was automatically charged to my card. My food and service was excellent. In fact, I'd have given my server a better tip if given the opportunity. Do better, corporate!
