Best red chili hamburger I have eaten in years, homemade French fries. I'm from Michigan now and whenever I am in Saguache I stop there to eat. Great little restaurant!!

Stopped by at 3:30 on a Monday afternoon. Friends had told me how great this place was while Facebook reviews were less enthusiastic. I do not know what happened with those who posted negative reviews on Facebook, but I found the Oasis to be close to perfect. Great food served fast and fresh with huge portions and fair prices. What more can you ask for? Their chili relleno was the best I have had in the Valley!

I had the chefs salad with chicken instead of ham a monster salad with all fresh veggies really good i recommend the ranch dressing and their excellent home made salsa wait staff were friendly and attentive

My daughter and I stopped at The Oasis on our way to Denver. We did not want fast food or a full on restaurant. The Oasis was perfect. We got an appetizer of fried mushrooms. Then my daughter ordered the hot hamburger sandwich which was an open faced beef burger over a soft thick slice of bread with mashed potatoes and beef gravy all over it. I got a grilled cheese and ham sandwich and they used a legit 1/2 inch slice of ham grilled to perfection together with a side order of onion rings. Everything was sooooo delicious. We got a piece of banana pie to bring home and we each have at least half of our meals left. The waitress was also incredibly nice and attentive. I wish The Oasis was a lot closer to home because we’d be going a lot more often.
