Stopped by B-Man’s tonight after a karate tournament in Castle Rock and we did not want to leave!!! Never mind the deLICIOUS food—the brisket, pulled pork, rolls, Mac and cheese, baked beans, coleslaw, smoked sausage, and wings (yes we tried it all🤤)—which was top notch, the service was unmatched!!! Friendliest servers and even got to meet the chef herself!! Amazing family run restaurant with everything made from scratch!! We definitely felt the love that goes into the food and environment💕 we’re speeding back to the Springs now to try the carrot cake we got to go, we can’t wait to see you guys next time!

best BBQ in Colorado hands down. Know my Q from living/traveling half a lifetime in the southeast (NC,SC,AL,GA and MO). Tender flavorful meats. Mouthwatering mild and hot bbq sauce.
Both the main Restaurant in Sedalia and the smaller location in Ecclesia (Castle Rock) were very very good with high quality meats. The brisket is delicious and totally recommend. The smoked wings are crispy and juicy. The pulled pork is mouthwateringly delicious and so tender. The smoked sausage is absolutely wonderful. Fries are crispy and the coleslaw is sweet and not too wet with a good fresh crunch as well. Bacon Mac n cheese is interesting but was really good. The beans with burnt ends is… well let’s just say I wish I got a tub or two of just that, it was so good.
The deserts. Wow. Perfect end to a meal to have such deliciously sweet and filling homemade cakes. Like I am glad I had some room left to taste them.
I can keep going on but just keep getting more hungry typing all of this.
Chefs kiss to the pit master, the cooks, and the dessert baker. You’ve made a customer for life. Well 4 lifer customers as I can’t come back here without the fam not at least without bringing a ton of food back to them. lol.

This is the best bbq I've had. I'm from the south (southeast, NC) and we know bbq. And I've been searching for even decent bbq since moving here a few years ago, and hadn't found any until B-mans! And let me tell ya, this is the holy Grail of bbq.
The brisket is top notch, the pulled pork top notch, sausage top notch! Everything top notch. Service was beyond top notch!
We ate at the restaurant in Sedalia after trying it at the Ecclesia location and found both to be the best we've had.
We ordered a little bit of everything, and nothing lacked. The mains, the sides, the desserts (oh the desserts!!!!)
My kids loved it too. They had the ribs, the sliders, and chicken sandwich.
The meats were all juicy and moist. Wonderful.
I could go on and on about how great this food is but it's making me want more just thinking about it.
