Stopped by B-Man’s tonight after a karate tournament in Castle Rock and we did not want to leave!!! Never mind the deLICIOUS food—the brisket, pulled pork, rolls, Mac and cheese, baked beans, coleslaw, smoked sausage, and wings (yes we tried it all🤤)—which was top notch, the service was unmatched!!! best BBQ in Colorado hands down. Know my Q from living/traveling half a lifetime in the southeast (NC,SC,AL,GA and MO). Tender flavorful meats. Mouthwatering mild and hot bbq sauce.
