Don't waste your time or money here. My wife and I had a Patty Melt each. Plain, bland and burned. Frys were very dark and cold, obviously warmed-up. $23 with 2 cokes.

We love this spot. It's so classic and reminds me why we love living in a smaller community. Great breakfast, great people, great vibe.

Decent breakfast but pretty bland in the seasoning. Even the green chili didn’t have much flavor. You can tell locals are repeat customers and though we didn’t try it there were many pies to choose from.

Our waitress was lovely and very personable.

Outside a Trump sign welcomes you- I would prefer no politics with breakfast, just a thought.

A bit expensive for breakfast, but so is every restaurant really. Expect approx $45 out the door for 2 diners. Good service, cute location, felt like old Colorado used to feel like.

Great little hometown diner! If you’re in Sedalia, and want to dine with great locals, then this is the place. Definitely the best place in town to feed my addiction to fresh hash browns. The owner and her staff, have always welcomed me with a smile, and great service!!

This is the epitome of country cafe eateries! A place where your server calls across the room “Grandma, is there any cherry pie left?” And if there is, you’re in luck because it’s homemade and delicious. A *lot* of what’s on the menu is homemade, including the incredible meatloaf. The walls are decorated with personal stuff from family and friends, so it has a genuine down-home feel to it. It’s a dining experience straight out of the 60s and not to be missed.

Update 10/7/2024: well, sadly, we won’t be coming back here. I watched the owner of the cafe put this sign out front herself, so I know one of the cafe’s patrons is not responsible. I don’t spend my hard-earned money in establishments who are no doubt passing a portion of that money on to candidates and causes representing values diametrically opposed to my own. It’s too bad, too, because it was our favorite breakfast place.

Worst breakfast I have had in a long time. First of all, the menu is almost twice as expensive as the one posted online. My chicken friend steak was straight off the Swansons truck, a frozen puck of meat that they threw in the fryer. I thought this was supposed to be a home cooked meal? Also, my wife’s eggs had raw egg whites on top. How could you get that wrong? We spent $72 after tip for 3 horrible meals. Don’t believe the lie, don’t eat here! Our waitress was really nice she just works at a horrible restaurant.

Stopped in several times for food. Great every time. The green chili is on point and the patty melt is awesome. Highly recommend.
