Food is good. Human service is good. The AI bot ordering assistant sucks. I had to call back three times because the AI robot sequence kept getting all glitchy and would stop talking. I ordered two large pizzas and instead received two medium pizzas when I came in to pickup the order because the not apparently couldn’t understand my order even though I confirmed they were large as I was completing the order. Ditch the ridiculous bot and keep it simple Dominos.
I love having a Dominoes in our small town and for the most part the food has always been good. My only complaint is that they always forget the buffalo sauce on the buffalo chicken pizza. It hasn't been a big deal for me because I always have some buffalo sauce in the fridge but something needs to change in their order checking process.
The woman working with glasses and a ponytail ( not the one with dyed hair) was clearly in a mood I came in to pick up my order... which I got a notification saying it was ready (it was not), had to wait for a while for one item that wasn't actually finished and very snippy with me. She was throwing stuff around in the back. Probably not the job for her.
