I love this place. The custard is really something special

First I must say I’ve been a huge fan of Andy’s since I originally visited one in Missouri ten years ago. Delicious custard! BUT I’ve noticed a regrettable trend over time - the portions have gotten noticeably smaller and the staff has become noticeably less friendly. I think yesterday may be my last visit for a while. After receiving by rather diminutive “large” cone from my server and saying “thank you” I received nothing in return but a bored blank stare. Not the fun experience I used to always enjoy.

The butter pecan concrete shake makes me back every time!!! It's so delicious 😋

Chocolate pint is delicious.

The flavor was good and consistent, but the staff and the presentation of the jackhammer ordered was simply blah this time. The hot fudge was maybe 1/3 of the way down, and to the side instead of the full length and down the center. The personality of the young lady taking our order was as if she didn't want to be there. That was disappointing.

Fun place and great ice cream!

One of my friends dropped their cone on the floor and the employees were so nice that they gave us another free of charge! Best frozen custard and service around! 🍦

Basic ice cream and very overpriced.

Got the order completely wrong. One had rottsn nuts in it that the worker admitted were rotten and continued to serve. Music was vulgar and so loud that they could barely hear you or each other. What a horrible experience!!!!!

Andys is by far superior to any other ice cream out there. Try the James brownie Jack hammer. It’s so good!!!

This place has great cold custard. The chocolate was delicious! And the apple pie sundae and the butter pecan!
The only thing would be to ask someone to turn down the music. It was way too loud. We didn't eat our custard there so... Otherwise, it was a great place! Wish we had one in Lincoln, NE!

Ordered and paid for a cream soda freeze. Was presented with a small vanilla ice cream and promptly ignored. First and last time coming here this place is extremely poor quality.
