The flavor was good and consistent, but the staff and the presentation of the jackhammer ordered was simply blah this time. The hot fudge was maybe 1/3 of the way down, and to the side instead of the full length and down the center. The personality of the young lady taking our order was as if she didn't want to be there. That was disappointing.
This place has great cold custard. The chocolate was delicious! And the apple pie sundae and the butter pecan!
The only thing would be to ask someone to turn down the music. It was way too loud. We didn't eat our custard there so... Otherwise, it was a great place! Wish we had one in Lincoln, NE!

Update: Andy's has been in Colorado for a while, AND it's just as good as ever! Just had a small pumpkin pie concrete... delicious with chunks of pumpkin! Our dog thoroughly enjoyed his pup cup as well! Give it a try!
