Service sucks.....ordered online says pick up at 650 its now 7 still all I've been told is, we are working on it. At least 15 open tables in here and being told sorry we're really packed lol no manager anywhere to be seen

Waited over a hour after my pick up time said my food would be ready , asked server with the pink sweater where’s my order she went to go hide in the back , got my order way later and the food was super dry and cold tried emailing corporate and they did nothing but give me rewards , if you want to wait over hour and a half for your pick up order and get dry wings go to this location 🤌🏻

Went here 10 pm on a Thursday night, the host said it would be 25 minute wait for TAKEOUT. We said okay and placed our order. We only bought 40 wings. Nothing extreme or too difficult to make. We ended up waiting an hour, standing at the takeout counter, multiple workers saying “only a few more minutes”, and “it’s being bagged right now”. We finally got out at 11 pm. I don’t understand why it took an HOUR to make 40 boneless wings. Even if it was going to take longer, let ME know, and be honest with us. Waste of time and very disappointed at this Denver location.

Was excited to eat, but waited 30 mins for my food, then got it, and it was cold. Some of my wings were not cooked all the way, and I had to stop eating. Our waitress never came to check on us, and the manager ended up getting us our bill. Paid and left. Im really disappointed because I'm a regular bdubs person on Tuesday at my regular location, but we were in the area and wanted some good food. But left hungry and paid for cold, uncooked food. They also charged my card more than what my bill was. I didn't leave a tip and it was $47 but I was charge $60 what the hell. Im so upset
EDIT- called the location and Skylar fixed my situation and apologized for my visit. Very nice guy.

They make you wait at the door every single time even if they are not busy got our order wrong multiple times I’ve took a break from this location and come back months later and it’s still the same. Nothing changed.
Service is slow as hell. The boneless wings are hard as rocks. Ranch is gross and when I asked for more ranch, I wasn't told that it would cost extra. I've even heard before that BWW freeze's their wings and fries them immediately without thawing. As most places advertise that they don't freeze their food. Also, some chairs were put up on the tables when I was there as it can make people feel unwelcome. Go to Parry's Pizza next door instead.

If I could put 0 star I would. This place has everything pretzel knots but I could never get them. 1st I came the oven was down today they don’t have them then remove them from the menu. I was sat at a table and waited 12 min to be at least greeted just so the server can help another table. I got up and when to the bar were they are so under staff for the amount of customers they are getting. Never again

Wish I could give it less than a 1 star. Food took over an hour. Service is absolute beyond trash. Manager came and said sorry. Thanks that means so much. NOT!!!! Never go to this Buffalo Wild Wings unless you want absolute trash service.

This has to be the dirtiest BWW that I have ever seen, which is saying something because most of them are pretty filthy. We didn't even stay to eat. Food and trash all over the floor when we were seated. No effort to clean it up and tables were not wiped off. If the front of the house looks this bad, we didn't take the chance the kitchen looked better. No thanks.
