I often this Buffalo Wild Wings at least a few times a month, and I normally have a great time - the games I want are always playing and Taylor is always accommodating (even with large parties). However, this evening, Nika, was extremely unprofessional: 1. leaning all the way on to our table, 2. constantly forgetting what we ordered, 3. did not provide silverware nor napkins, 4. was generally rude to all members of our party, 5. disappeared at random intervals throughout our dinning experience. Additionally, we were wildly overcharged for our order (it eventually got cleared up by Taylor) - we ordered $50 worth of food, and the bill came out to something in the $90 range. I will of course be coming back, but this was not acceptable in any way or manner.

Excellent customer service. They accidently left a 5 piece boneless out of my uber eats delivery order. And of course uber eats didnt do anything to make it right. So because I couldn't get a refund, I called and spoke to the manager and told them if I order again tonight, will you throw it in there for me? And they did! 10/10.

I have been to this location several times and every time has been terrible. The service is awful, have been ignored, no one is nice, and takes forever to even get a drink. Just went in there and while there were several tables open, we were told it would be a 20-30 minute wait. We asked why since there were several tables open, and the girl said that they can’t seat too many people at once and won’t be able to give us good service. What restaurant does that especially when it seems that they are in need of business and money. This location will never get my money again. Save yourself some time and go to a different location or even a different restaurant.

Didn’t know that everything on the menu including cauliflower wings has beef fat cooked into it every item that’s fried on the menu is cooked with meat there is little to none vegetarian options just so everyone is informed and this goes for all bww, why add cauliflower wings when you cook them in beef fat seems like there trying to trick people.
You really gotta teach people how to read tickets here: they forget something every time I order here. Last time, they forgot an entire bottle of sauce I ordered, all the ranches and carrots/celery. If it’s not forgetting something, they give me wings with the wrong sauce. Once in a while; I get, but it’s every time. Just gonna buy the sauce from the store and go to wing stop instead

My husband and I had a lovely lunch date on a Tuesday afternoon. They have great promos going on and Tuesday you get bogo wings and bottomless appetizers for 10 dollars! For such an adorable date we got a lot of food. It was hot, fresh and the wait wasn’t too long either. Our waitress was Nika and they were so sweet, attentive and helpful. I believe Nika was working alone and so they did a great job taking care of everyone by themselves! The manager was also walking around seeing where he could lend a hand and I thought that was great to see a manger willing to jump in and help where help was needed. Only thing I noticed that could use improvement is a little bit more cleaning in the sitting area and bathrooms. They weren’t super dirty, I just noticed that there could be a little bit more attention with a rag on the walls in the dining room and around the sink in the bathrooms.
