Horrible service. Even worse wings. They were seemed to be cooked and sauced ahead of time, but it was noticeable in the quality. Very dry and tasted old.

If I could leave -10 stars I would. Your Sheridan location is not only dirty from the tables down to the floor the service is less than sub par. We entered the establishment and was told it would be a 20 minute wait. Both "hostesses" left the hostesses stand to sit in the take out area leaving the front abandoned. When a new guest came in one of the hostesses expressed the bar was open seating which was not told to my group. Once seated the server came over pretty quickly, however, the third person in my group had to wait for their food 10 minutes after my and my husbands food arrived. We finally saw the manager pop out after 30 minutes and I asked to speak with him. I expressed my disappointment with the dirty tables, the fact the hostess said it would be a 20 minute wait then proceeded to go to the take out stand and open the fridge to stick her butt in while the other were on their cell phones, and my friend had to wait almost 10 minutes for their food after me. Luke the so called manager then asked my table to leave. TO LEAVE, I repeat to leave the building because we "insulted him". I have worked in restaurants for over 10 years and have never been asked to leave after giving feedback. Your "manager" Luke confirmed he knew of the poor service his staff was providing and proceeded to not care. He harassed us by standing at the table telling us we were trespassing. Because he FELT INSULTED. We left as asked once the third person in our group had the opportunity to eat their food. Word of advice, own your position and lead with hospitality. Luke is not a manager and should not be, if that is even his real name. Hopefully corporate will care about the service provided because this place is NOT IT!And please save the generic, non authentic response I see you provide to every review. This just shows how little you care about the feedback of those putting money in your pocket!

I've both worked here and been a customer here. Besides the very few individuals who work hard to make this a good place, it's just not. Food service takes forever and is below average quality. Most staff are inattentive, and half the TVs do not work or don't even show sports. Also, the Buffalo Wild app is buggy and you're better off just ordering with a server. If you can ever get one... I've witnessed people waiting to be seated for 30 min when the lobby is nearly empty. They made the right decision and just left haha

Me and a group of friends came here last night and had a fairly decent time and spent a decent amount. We got drinks, appetizers and all got meals. I ordered a 10 piece traditional wing, knowing I was gonna have some left over the next day. I had a decent experience in the establishment itself. Today, I heated my leftover for lunch and was enjoying it. I got my last wing and I took a bite and noticed it was more soft than all the others.I took a bite and it was completely RAW in the middle. I was completely turned off. I have picture evidence of this as well.

Went here last night and gave Zack a 20$ tip in cash on a 100$ bill. I got charged 133$ for overall bill so Zack made out like a bandit . Stole from me after he “threw away” the other receipts for the tip . I did not consent to this and will not be going back here due to this . How ridiculous and disgusting!!

We waited at a table for 17 minutes. No one asked us or spoke to us .There were 4 waiters giggling in waitress station not one asked us if we needed anything. I asked the waitress that came by if she could take our order . She replied I think this section is closed . It was bar area where there is open seating.We left. I had a phone call entering that I refused so I know exactly how long we sat with no service.

I used to love coming to this place. But recently it has gone down Hill. They're getting greedy with the fries and the sauces. They only have like 2-3 people working during lunch time and the wait takes longer than usual.

Service was not good. We were not spoken to sitting there at a table in bar area. We were looked at but not greeted etc until I had to speak up. Qhoever is "training" should teach these kids how to communicate and be RESPECTFUL.. Rediculous.
