My fiance and I ordered the rib plate with two sides. The ribs were so rough and tough it wasn’t enjoyable. And the Mac and cheese was cold. We were very unhappy with our food. But the waitress was amazing with helping get the manager and apologizing and even checking in when waiting for food. The manager was amazing and offered to remake our food. We were already there waiting for about 30-40 minutes. We didn’t want to wait around for the chance to be the same. So he comped...
