Take note this is more about customer service and not the promo...I leave work to do the 3:00pm promo get four large orders of coffee pull up to window at 2:57pm, was denied the promotion because it wasn't 3:00pm yet, seriously? The girl working window was extremely rude about it. Never have I had any issues with Dutch, but this location is by far the worst I have been to. I understand rules, but this seems extreme, very disappointed.

I hate writing bad reviews especially for places that I really love, but this location is freaking terrible!!! The people are nice and everything and I love the drinks, but 90% of the time they give me the wrong drink or make my drink completely wrong! Idk what it is about this specific location but no other locations are this lazy. They legit gave me my drink 3/4 of the way full yet charged me for a large. Go to any other location this one is absolutely horrible.

I am so bummed to have to write this, but I have given this location too many chances, and they just can’t seem to get my drinks right. I used to go to the one on colfax, but moved to this area and was so excited when it opened, but I have had issues every time. This last time was probably the most disappointing. I placed an order through the app and was excited to try the marshmallows topping with the soft top and as you can see, not one marshmallow or even soft top in sight. My wife has order oat milk and didn’t received regular milk. Coffees tasted more water down than sweet. 💔

A black ole cup of coffee with sprinkles on top for $8 (marshmallow-something for my daughter). Location was difficult to get to. At least the people are real nice. The Golden Eagle (for me) blended was pretty good though.

The blonde girl last night at the window was one of the rudest people I’ve ever encountered. First I waited at the window for the girl to stop talking, then she sighed and said “what do you want” in a snarky tone. Once she got my order she said “mkay anything else or is that it” like she was put out by me ordering. Her attitude changed when she asked if I’d like to keep my current tip option. I said yes because she wasn’t even the one making the drink. The young gentleman who game me my drink was nice and calm like the staff usually is. I’m pretty upset that the blonde girl gets to keep some of the tips the staff gets because she doesn’t deserve it. Awful experience. Hopefully things are better moving forward.

The two drive thru lanes don’t work when the person taking orders goes to cars out of order. Three cars pulled in after me, and had their orders taken before me. People can’t remember which car goes first or are just rude and pull up and cut you off as well so drink orders aren’t given in order.
The employee with blonde hair is so rude! She seemed highly annoyed to have to take my order, barely saying any words besides what do you want but then asking for a tip. If you’re going to be rude, just bypass the tip screen.
For some reason the drink quality sucks at this location too, something is always off with whatever drink I order. I’m done wasting my money here.

Coffee is fine but there's no way to bail out of the drive thru line. Been stuck for 35 minutes and would have happily given up on my coffee for the sake of making it to work on time. Will never be stopping at this location again. Their line is not worth the wait.

Paid extra for oatmilk in 2 coffees and got very sick while drinking them, indicating they used real milk instead. Very disappointing as I gave a severe lactose allergy, and also my coconut/mocha coffee tasted like just regular coffee. Will not come back to this location again

Been going to this location since it opened, as of late they never make my drink right ( I'm talking my last three drinks have tasted like straight gas station coffee at the end of the day) I'm definitely saving money by not going here daily as I work at the target nearby and would litterally prefer to buy an iced coffee drink off the shelf as opposed to waiting for 25 minutes, being late too work and getting the incorrect drink for $10. I used to go to Dutch daily but now I'm unlikely to return
