I visited 3705 S Santa Fe Dr, Sheridan, CO 80110 Dutch Bros branch today just before noon. My drinks were missing the two extra shots that I paid for and were made wrong. When I went from the drive through to the walk up window and asked them to remake my drinks the staff refused stating that they were too busy to remake my drink. They also only gave me one of the two shots missing in my order after i asked for them to be provided since i paid for them. This is completely unacceptable and the worse customer service I have received at dutch bros.

We normally never have issues here, but after trying an "oatmilk" drink we ordered and realizing the staff put breve in it instead, they proceeded to argue with us over the color of our beverage instead of offering to remake it. It was a very weird interaction and certainly terrible customer service compared to our usual with Dutch Bros.

Great coffee and service, but my nose always turns black from the sharpie marker on the lid.
I had a runner today who wasn't very pleasant. Hannah (long hair, in pig tails with a blue beanie) has no respect. I tried to order a drink, and she made it very difficult. She told me to move forward, but I wanted to avoid hitting a curb since their parking and drive-through were tight. I waited until I could proceed safely. As I was ordering with her, she stopped me in mid-order and had another co-worker take my order. Then, after I ordered my drink, she went to that co-worker to talk about me. No respect, horrible customer service, and needs to be fired.

Dutch Bros disappointed me today. Both lanes were open so I pull in the left lane. Two cars pull up after me in the right lane. And they were both helped before me. Even though I pulled up abreast of the lady helping and told her I was before those cars. She proceeded to help the second car that pulled up after me. I don't know how to feel because I'm brown and they were white. I frequent this establishment at least twice a week.
