Place is absolutely disgusting everything is sticky, place looks like it hasn't been cleaned in weeks the bathroom looked like a horror movie. The shades fell on me at the table when I sat down no response from the staff even though they saw it happen. Moved tables and they left the shade on the table, you cant have kids supervising kids.

Two Staff smoking outside the whole I was waiting and one of the male staff wears heels on the job. Safety hazard for him. They took forever to make my food and place looks dirty. Pass

I've been fooled by Steak and Shake before but it had been long enough since our last visit I had forgotten how bad it is and we decided to try it again.
Oh boy, what a mistake. The picture of the burger on the menu was large, with well cooked meat and cheese dripping off the sides and it looked delicious. The burger they served me however was tiny and the meat was gray and flavorless and boring. We ordered a chocolate shake that for some reason took 15 minutes to make. Not sure if they were out back milking the cow or picking the chocolate beans or what.
