Horrible food and was told you can't use the mobile app at this location because they are a franchise. They have advertisements on the front door about using the mobile app. This will be our last time coming here.

I ordered a Tuna sandwich online. I recieved a BMT. I'm only complaining because a lady returned my Tuna asking for her BMT. The lady at the counter checked my bag and said the correct sandwich was in indeed in there. I think she was having a bad day but how does 1 mistake pepperoni for tuna?

Old dirty food selections and everything gets piled in the middle so you have to open the sandwich to spread out the contents. Also, one of them didn’t listen bc she was trying to go faster than she could and put salt on my sandwich twice. There’s one girl there that makes a good sandwich don’t know her name but otherwise, the food is old anyway.

Do NOT come here. These people need to be fired! This restaurant needs to be CLOSED down. Just scroll through the 1,000s of horrible reviews. I don't know why these people think they can treat Americans so poorly but it is NOT okay.

Came in at 7/25/2025 at 10Am. Placed an online order for myself. Went inside and watched him make it. Asked him for a little extra sauce and he told me no... and that he was going off of what the receipt said...which said extra.. rude guy. Will never be coming back to this location. I paid for my sandwich and I should get it the way I want it...
Rude and no customer service. Told me to “Get in line” as a greeting when I walked in for my pickup in store order. I watched kaisey drop the sandwich scoop on the floor and then put it back on top of the oven to be used again for the next customer. Will not be back to this location unfortunately

Ordered a foot long online. Came on the wrong bread and with barely any toppings at all. it was so poorly made. I got a few shreds of lettuce, 3 tomato’s, and barely any meat. I love subway but this makes me never want to order there ever again

I came to this Subway for the first time after moving to the area with my partner for dinner. We left feeling nothing short of happy. Luna was the sandwich professional behind the counter tonight working all alone making sandwiches left and right with such excitement and enthusiasm. Her energy and attitude turned out gloomy day due to the weather into a delightful bright day. She is absolutely amazing and has such a great personality and she appears to love her job. She made our food exactly as we asked with no hesitation. This will forever be our to go subway as long as she is working there. Keep up the good job Luna.
I usually come here for my lunch break but now not so much. The other day I waited 25 minutes and there was only one person ahead of me. Today it was a mess. The later working I believe her name is Shannon. She was very rude. My co workers have also had bad experiences with her as well. I don’t understand why she is employed there. I refuse to go there when she is working.
Was horrible customer service to start employee had headphones in and kept asking what we where saying then was served spoiled avocado on my sandwich tasted straight up like chemicals and all vegetables had freezer burn on the metal containers they sit in

I visited Subway with a coupon since the prices continue to increase, discount pricing is all that makes it worth eating there. Unfortunately, when I begin asking for toppings, they were very skippy. When I asked for more, they said there were strict limits on what I could put on my sandwich. When I said they'd never done that before she just shrugged and said she couldn't do it. When I told her she could hold the other toppings, if she just gave me more onions. She told me that I was using a coupon and shouldn't expect special treatment. I told her I was just asking for what I've always gotten and it defeats the purpose of a coupon. If I'm not getting the same product as the normal price, then the coupon is a fraud. I told her that there are six restaurants within walking distance and, henceforth I will patronize them instead. Do not patronize this restaurant they are rude and not worth the money. They no longer deliver the product they always have and treat you like an asshole for expecting it.
Wonderful staff, Miranda always gets my order right! Shoutout to her, she's so nice and friendly too!

I promised I would add a review for this Subway today as I have been coming here for years. The service is always fast and friendly. They do a great job! I come here for lunch, usually once a week.
